They are also ask patty certified which I learned about today. For those that don't know it's safe place for women to be able to do business with mostly men and they promise to treat women with honesty and respect. “I'd like to leave 5 stars based on the friendliness and credibility of the staff, however the labor costs seem high to me but let me just say I haven't gotten quotes from anyone else so I don't want to slam the company for something I haven't compared apples to apples on. The waiting area, showroom, and restroom are extremely clean and I feel that the staff are extremely honest.”

I got to approve or deny those options. They offer coupons which I used today. Efficient, friendly service with a smile. This will be my "go to" for oil change services.”
“I just experienced an awesome visit at Valvoline on Belmont Ave, Youngstown. Adam, Kavel, & Quintin were awesome in getting my oil change. From start to finish these gentlemen were very courteous and professional. Adam even explained what services were recommended be done due to mileage. And, Adam was very understanding when I told him I was on a budget. When I asked for a printout of the recommended services, Adam obliged me in printing it out AND highlighted the recommendations! “Saved my work trip!!! I was driving from Detroit to New Jersey to continue a work contract and I managed to blow out my rear passenger tire. In spite of me showing up late, less than an hour to close. The wonderful staff got me back up and running in no time!!! “They did a great job! The young lady that helped me was super nice and did a great job. She gave us two bottles of water and washed my windshield off after my oil change. They changed my wipers and wetted my windshield twice and made sure I tested the new wipers out first. I’ve never had any of that happen before anywhere else, ever! It was refreshing. They are expensive for sure, but at least it was good service. And they were quick!”
