I was in the store today and I wanted to let the manager know how amazing Ashlie and Hala were. I was looking at Pandora and they helped me put together bracelets and even though I changed my mind several times they never became irritated. In a world where everyone complains about everything; I wanted to let the manager know how amazing these two young ladies were and they made me want to continue to come back to this amazing store.

Best place ever so many cute things for women and girls. They sell vera Bradley, simply southern, vineyards vines, and pura vida. It is a vsco aesthetic store with lots of options.

I made an online purchase of approximately $120 in products. My products arrived in three different shipments. One of the three shipments was the wrong products (Vera Bradley items when I ordered Corkcicles). The company informed me that I was to re-package the items and then TAKE THEM to the UPS store.It was not my incompetency that caused the wrong products to be delivered. HOWEVER, they still expected me to make a trip to drop off the UPS package OR get online and “set up” a pick-up time (they wouldn’t pick up at my house). I have yet to receive all the products in which I actually ordered.

received Brighton watch as a gift...exchanged it for another style.I was not told the first watch could have been sized to fit. The watch i exchanged it for did not work..i returned to the store and was told they would have to send it out for repair....a brand new watch!! they said they could not exchange it for a working watch!! i buy a lot of Brighton jewelry but i doubt if i go back to occasionally yours!!
