This is a great place to get your eyebrows threaded. I have gone here for a few years and they are always consistent. The place is under new management and Jeet did a great job with my eyebrows. She left making me feel good about myself! She was very kind and friendly and the environment is very upbeat.

The salon is under new management. The new owner is amazing and very sweet! I love my eyebrows! The only one I can trust for my eyebrows!! Very reasonable charges as well. She does amazing facial as well!

A word to the wise, do not trespass and post flyers in a gated apartment community without consulting with the property manager.

This business decided that it was 1990 and posted flyers on every single door of our community on a windy day. My entire team has spent hours picking up the paper flyers and removing them from apartment doors. Not only is this a nuisance, it's dangerous as it can signal that a resident is not home or on vacation.
Clearly they are struggling for business and it's easy to see why. I tried contacting them and tell them to come clean it up and was told there was no manager. The sad thing is they wasted all this money on Printing and folding these flyers along with the time it took to post them on 300 doors. Had they simply talked to me first, I could have sent an email blast to our residents and save them a bunch of money.

Always do a good job. Usually can walk in and get taken care of right away. Threading and tinted eyebrows is my normal work I have done. The only complaint I have is hours are never consistent.

so it was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and I just came in and she just told me to sit on the chair without me telling her what I wanted done and I told her to many times I don’t want my eyebrows thin and she have the nerves to make it thin I hate this place DONT comes here she made my eyebrows uneven I’m so mad I should’ve listened to myself smhhService: Eyebrow threading

i have gone to this place for 2 years and this past year i have only been once because they are never open. their hours are completely false. they show up whenever they want and have zero consistency with their service. i will not be going back and honestly probably couldn’t go back if i tried because they are never there.

Hours of operation are not accurate! I'm here at 10:10 am on Saturday and no one is here! It's also not posted on their door for any special hours of operations due to Covid. It would be nice to post any changes to your hours of operations so clients are aware. They leave early and start late which is unprofessional and inconsistent behavior. This is the third time this has happened! Waste of time if you're trying to miss the crowds during a pandemic! Terrible!

Went in today for my eyebrows. Didn’t recognize the woman from previous visits. After doing them, she said she could only take cash (which wasn’t posted anywhere nor was an issue to recent previous visits). She then said she might’ve charged my card twice after probably 15 minutes of me and my fiancé rushing to get cash. Said if it charged me twice that she would do them for free next time, but didn’t write that guarantee down or anything. Came home to check my eyebrows closer in the mirror and they’re cleaned up a bit, but there’s quite a bit of hair left around the tails of my eyebrows. Not happy with the service she provided.
