“Wanted to get a good board for my son’s birthday. He’s casually skated on a board from target but wanted something more than just a retail-off-the-self-option. Last time I skated was decades ago, so I for sure didn’t feel like I knew what I was doing. The sales associate (I wish I’d gotten their name) was so helpful in walking us through the different options. It was assembled for us and it looks awesome. My son will be pleased. “It's a bigger Old Navy than I've seen before, but similar to others. Lots of options for women and men, but I was disappointed in the kids selection. For such a big store they had very little. Not sure if it was just a restaging for season change or what, but my daughter was disappointed as was I. The staff was also all pretty much over in one area and never said hello or anything when we walked by.”

“This location is a bit on the smaller side than most Hot Topics, but the staff is always great and on point. Had a great conversation with Izzy about one of my fav shows, and she was a fan, too. Just a shame they didn't have more merchandise around it, or I'd have been there all day!”
