We got 4 pedicures and 2 manicures. They forced us to get Gel even tho we asked for regular polish over and over and over. The actual pedicures were good. No complaints but the constant advice the man was giving to our 8 year old daughter and disregarding what we were saying to try and do what he wanted was extremely annoying.s The lady’s were rude but at least they didn’t give constant unwanted advice. The place was empty when we were there on a Sunday and no wonder with the level of disrespect we were getting. The lady asked my daughter to take a picture of her nails and she replied I will then the lady said I’ll do it and took her phone out of her hand and took it for her. Then she asked my 11 year old if that’s really her sister and my daughter said yeah and she goes why are you mixed a your sisters white? Like the audacity these people have. We won’t be coming back to this salon again in the future & we will be letting others know to not come here for their nail needs.

Brought my daughter and niece here today as we were overdue for mani’s and pedi’s and we walked in and was seen right away. Everyone was friendly and gave all 3 of us great service. We LOVE how our nails turned out!

I have been coming to Luxor for several years now and absolutely love every single one of them! The owner Michelle is the kindest person you'll ever meet. She is so good at what she does! See the pedi pics... can you tell which nail is acrylic? Nope! Sure can't. She is a master nail artist and the best nail tech Iv ever had. The salon is clean and welcoming. My whole family now comes here and no matter who you get, they are all excellent and you won't be disappointed!!

I’d love to leave a 5 but I can’t. The woman who seems to be the manager is the worst. She was taking off my sns and saw it had a gel top on it and was so annoyed by it she did the worst job on my nails. Two of them are already cracking she did no clean up at all and half of them are jagged because she was filing my finger tip more than my nail. I could hear her still complaining about the gel top coat well into my service. Extremely unprofessional. And she’s always pushy to add extra services. I’ll get what I ask for. The girl who did my daughters gel nails and pedicure was amazing. So basically I paid $100 for my daughter to be pampered and I’ll need new SNS in like a week. I’ll come back but Michelle is never touching me or my daughter ever again.
Stylist: Michelle did soak off and new SNS. Terrible attitude and poor work.

When I tell you this is the best place I've ever went Because of the two that took care of me. Tina is so sweet, funny Did a great job on my toenails. Cindy is able to do anything!!!!!. She can look at a Pinterest picture and do all of them including glazed nails. I feel so blessed to be able to go here. Thank God my friend went here first and referred me.
