MACK IS THE BEST! she was so helpful. she went above & beyond to help me out & i couldn’t appreciate it more. the 2.25hr drive is worth it when you have employees that are so patient, accommodating, helpful & good at their jobs!
a little back story, i went in last night to do a couple exchanges for my mom & sister (& grab some snow bear soap for
myself!) we live super far away from every lush store (about 2.25hrs from this store) so we mostly order online & frequently blind buy any new items. so we occasionally end up having to exchange things, it’s a huge inconvenience since the online return policy is… not great (shipping costs more than the items most of the time) so i end up taking a trip to the store every couple months (my mom can’t drive & my sister is a NICU nurse & a mom & works way too much!) this time, my mom & sister made everything super complicated, so i was already overwhelmed & Mack was so helpful & kind. it was right before closing too, so i also felt terrible bc im sure they just wanted to get their work done & go home. not once did she make me feel like i was being a pain or like she was in a rush to get me the heck out of there. my sister didn’t give me the receipts for 2 products & she helped resolve the situation instead of making me come all the way back & i just really really really appreciated
that & i appreciate all of her help.

The team that hosted our daughter’s party on 10/12 was excellent! They were patient and attentive. Would highly recommend as a unique party idea. Thank you ladies!!!

Great location and nice selection. Helpful staff. The amount of people in such a small space is claustrophobic. It’s so small. Hard to move around. The last day we shopped things were exacerbated by a handful of children coming in and out seemingly without any adult supervision. They were pushing by and touching everything which is fine, it’s what children do, but it made it nearly impossible to continue shopping in the cramped space.

I absolutely love the moisturizing bath bombs, and the staff are always amazing. The other day I went in to get more and they didn’t have my absolute favorite one (Butterball Bath Bomb) to purchase by itself but they had it in the Deep Sleep Box that comes with 3 bath bombs for $29. Whenever I got home, I opened the box to only find there only being 2 bath bombs instead of 3 and of course, the one I wanted most, wasn’t in there. I feel scammed by the people who made this box but I do understand that we are all people and make common mistakes. I just wish there was a way for me to get what I paid for…

We stopped in late on a Friday evening and were blown away at how courteous and attentive the staff was to our daughter. The employees went out of their way to make our visit to Lush a special experience. The made our daughter feel appreciated and valued while matching her energy and excitement. Lush offer high quality bath bombs and a fun experience of choosing unique options to enjoy. Usually as a family we would browse a store like this without purchasing as it can be pricey for a “luxury” bath bomb, but because of the exceptional service, sometimes exceptions can be made 😉, stop in and see these employees and enjoy the experience that Lush provides!

Amazing staff at this location!!! Knowledgeable, kind, helpful, fun and great while having a baby fussing in the background!
My birthday party was thrown here and they did such a fantastic job!
First off they saved the party. We attempted to book at the Kenwood location and the Kenwood location said we wouldn't be accommodated since it wasn't at LEAST 3 weeks from the date we wanted. We called the Liberty location within minutes of that debacle and they said they could accommodate us for our desired date.
Secondly they were super friendly when booking the party, allowing me to fill out the form over the phone (so hubby didn't make any mistakes when he went in person to make the payment) and were super easy and kind to hubby in person when he went to pay and finalize things.
Thirdly... day of, they were so nice to everyone. We had a very diverse group of guests, ranging from my 7 month old son to girls interested in Lush to guys who wanted to participate but had no interest in Lush products. Yet we all had a fantastic time! The guys participated in a scavenger hunt, making a bath bomb, making lip scrub, and then were able to just chat off to the side while the rest of us enjoyed facials, arm massages, and some shopping. We were able to play our own play list and just enjoy the dedicated time. It was a private party so we were able to ask questions about products and sample without worry about holding up the staff or taking too long for other customers.
My 7 month old acted like a normal baby and fussed a bit when he got hungry but it didn't phase the ladies and they were so kind and understanding about it. (Hubby was able to step to the side take care of him and seamlessly join back into the activities without feeling like he was disturbing, annoying, or frustrating the staff).
I HIGHLY recommend hosting a party here!!! Thank you to the ladies who hosted the event. You were so fun, personable, and kind! And thank you to the staff who helped check us out when we ran a little over our dedicated time because we wanted to purchase some items we liked!
