This place will hold you hostage to get as much $$$ out of you as possible!!! DO NOT GO HERE!
The receptionist(s) are rude and condescending and their primary goal is to maximize the amount of money they can make off of you. My dog requires a maintenance medication for his thyroid and they refuse to extend his prescription until I come in for a recheck for an ear infection (which is gone). We are being held hostage by this place. When I asked the question to the receptionist(s) (because they wouldn't allow me to talk to the doctor) about what an ear infection has to with his thyroid, they became rude and dismissive and hung up on me. They are only interested in generating as many office visits and changes as possible. If you care about your pets at all, do NOT go here!

AWFUL VET DO NOT GO HERE. Lisa at the front desk is beyond rude. hanging up the phone on customers and saying the vet won't talk to you and that your questions about your pets medical plan are a "moot point". Truly have never met someone as rude and spiteful as her. This place is beyond unprofessional. "Doctor" Amy is just trying to make money, she doesn't care about the wellbeing of your pet. She refuses to speak with her paying patients and even gives FAKE test results to boost profits. Since Doctor Lindsey left this place has hit ROCK BOTTOM. Avoid this place at all costs.

I've been bringing my pets here for almost 25 years. The doctor's are excellent as well as compassionate, as is the staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LVH to anyone looking for excellent pet care.

I called about an emergency my dad had over the weekend and even though we weren’t established patients yet, the receptionist was willing to answer all my questions and help me figure out where the best place to take my dog would be. I was super impressed with how knowledgeable she was and willing to help.

We board our dog here regularly. They are always accommodating, have a great online check-in, have several upgrade/added options to make boarding more comfortable. The staff is always extra friendly and kind to our dog. We have also started using LVH for our regular health check-ups and once during an emergency following a dog fight. They were quick and professional.

I can't thank the doctors & staff enough & Liberty Vet Hosp. They literally saved our Mastiffs life.
Dawn was diagnosed with pyometra @ the local emergency hospital & suggested an emergency spay. They were the only hospital that would fit her in (out of 6 I called) for the emergency spay & treatment.
She ended up staying 4 days after the emergency surgery for recovery and monitoring. They absolutely gave her the 5-star treatment.
We will definitely be switching to Liberty Vet Hospital and will recommend them to anyone! They're all very professional and extremely friendly.

They're not in it for the animals. They're in it for the money. I will never go back here, and if they charge more after this visit, I'm going to channel 9 and 12. There are too many low income people trying to care for pets that no one else wants. It's disgusting. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Great people here. I trust them with all 3 of our pets and will continue to do so.Prices aren't the cheapest, but they have annual plans and other options. Also very up front on costs.

Best vet I've been to yet! I appreciate that they take time to fully explain all options and costs and don't rush you to make a decision. Bonus- my bichapoo loved Dr. Lindsey and her tech!
