My daughter has been begging me for a Kendra Scott necklace so I surprised her with a little shopping trip to get ready for middle school. This was one of our steps. The store is larger than the one at Kenwood. Clean, bright, and airy. The ladies working were friendly and helpful. My daughter told one of them what she was looking for and she took her right over there. She let her know that she could have the one out or she could pull a few from the back for her to choose what kind of stone she wanted. Pricing is pretty fair and I like that they have a variety of price points.

We won a color bar party at 4:00 2/9. This was our second color bar party and once again, the customer service was impeccable. The three young women assisting us were so attentive, kind, and just fun to engage with. Because we were having such a fun time with the associates we didn’t want to leave! We left with several bags of wonderful purchases. Thank you for helping us celebrate our mom’s birthday, we had a wonderful time!!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I came with my friend for a birthday gift, and not a single associate (there were at least 4 out on the floor - 2 on their phones) offered to help us. My friend had to go and find someone to help her, and the girl acted bothered! Of course we were the only POC in there, which makes it an even more distasteful (honestly disgusting) experience.
