I purchased a gold necklace in Dartmouth, MA on vacation. They were changing to a larger size clasp and I picked it up going to the airport. Putting it on I noticed that the clasp was a different color. I was unhappy but knew there was a Hannoush where I was going next. At the Liberty Center, Ohio location Erin explained not all stores have the same owner even though it’s one corporation. She agreed it didn’t look good and received District Manager Greg’s approval to send to Corporate for resolution. It looked great when I picked it up. I want to thank both Erin & Greg for taking care of an issue that wasn’t their action originally and they’ve made me a loyal customer!

My fiancé bought this ring almost exactly or close to a year ago to purpose to me in December of last year. A week into wearing it my center Diamond just falls out !!! They kindly fixed it and resized but I’m sad to say that it happened AGAIN months later?! I am very easy on this ring I take it off to shower, while I work (my hands constantly get wet) because I was terrified it would happen again! And it did!?!!! I shouldn’t be nervous to wear my ring because the center Diamond has fallen out twice now . Im lucky I was even able to find my Diamond this time as I was visiting my family out of town. Will be calling as soon as they open.

The ladies at the eastgate store have always been great and so helpful. They treated me great even though I walked in covered in dirt and oil looking like a bum off the street, they were super friendly and helped me on multiple occasions pick out all my wife’s jewelry. Only place I buy from now.
