We recently got married and we were having difficulty finding a suitable for myself. We tried Men’s Warehouse but their customer service sucked and we didn’t like anything they had. So we found Flochi’s last minute and we were so glad to have found them! They were friendly and professional. They knew what they were doing and they were not trying to sell me something I didn’t want like the other place I went to. They have numerous suits that I liked and we chose one that looked very good on me. I highly recommend Folchi’s, they are great people and we will go with them for our next event.

I really wanted to give this place my business for my wedding but both times i felt like i wasn't a priority and rushed. First time was about 2 months ago. Soon as i walked in the door the lady up front with glasses without hesitation said " you need to have an appointment. I literally had just walked in the door. She was nice to the couple in front of me talking to them about their destination wedding. when it was my turn. I stated i had a appointment. I wanted to view the options and get fitted. she said not today. come back 6 weeks before the date. then I ask well whats the process this is all new to me. and I wanted to plan it right because i have 12 groomsmen which 9 of them live out of state and 3 out the country so timing is everything. Then she asked me was i done shopping around if not just come back when im ready. like im ready now lady, why do you think im here. so anyway. I left with no information. this week i stopped back in because my wedding is in 3 weeks and I still have no tux. soon as i walk in. same lady as before. drilling off statements and questions. like calm down. can a person have an experience in this place. i said my wedding is in a couple weeks i need a tux, also can i try them on. she said " we dont have all the pieces here" so now im annoyed because i havent even shown you which one i want to try on. then when I said i have 12 groomsmen then shes like oh are you looking to rent or buy, i have all the pieces to get you measured. im like what happened 2 sec ago when you said you didnt have all the pieces. so yeah, wont be back here ever in life.

Folchis in Kenwood did such a bang up job all the stores are getting a review - if you are adding surcharges you must disclose that information. When you set a deadline you do not call and harass the bride and groom weeks before the deadline when they have other things to worry about!

Will be the only place I ever go back to, staff was amazing, fair price, return policy is so easy, and they absolutely make sure everything is fitted to you, best in the buisness can’t say enough positives!

A M A Z I N G!!My husband and I recently got married and rented tuxes from Folchi’s. I am so happy we came across them, the tuxes looked so great!! Our large bridal party got fitted at different locations and the customer service was outstanding and consistent at each one. They made renting so easy with great communication throughout our stressful wedding planning process. I knew I could leave it to them to make my vision come to life. We felt like apart of the family from our first trip in and wouldn’t recommend anyone but Folchi’s for tux rentals. Thank you guys so much!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my wedding. Managed to get all my groomsmen, including one from out of state, measured perfectly. We all looked incredible. Highly recommend.

We rented 3 suits from Folchi's and had a mixed experience. While one groomsman was measured by Jessica and a younger gentleman, my fiance and the other groomsman were measured by I believe a newer female employee. When it was time to pick up it was obvious that my fiancè and the groomsman were not measured correctly. It was insanely off. There were also a couple comments made that just left me feeling like proper training wasn't done with this person. My fiancè and groomsman had to come back the day before our wedding, which again, my fiancè had a missing jacket and some of the items were flopped between their orders. They also needed in house alterations done which took about 40 minutes whereas when Jessica handled the other groomsman it took her 5 minutes to do the same thing. In the end, all was well for the day of but if a new employee is struggling this much they at the very least need to be supervised. Jessica and the younger gentleman however took great care of the groomsman that I came in with. It was odd how my husband and I had drastically different experiences due to one employee.

Diana at Folchi's Liberty was amazing. She has a lot of experience and did a fantastic job with measurements and recommendations. My son's tux fit pretty much perfectly at pick up. The male associate who was helping that day also made great recommendations. And the seamstress on call did an immediate adjustment to pant hem based on the shoes he was going to be wearing. Made the process easy. Very pleased with the service and garment quality - thank you!!

Jessica was so fast, professional and kind. She took care of getting my husband’s measurements even though we showed up 10 minutes after closing (should have checked the hours closer) with no hesitation! We truly appreciate her and can tell what an asset she is to Folchi’s! Thank you!
