I completely understand why they are closing. First off I come on a Wednesday to shop and there are employees in the store with the doors locked. I love express stores but I think this one should definitely close with staff like that.

This 5-star review is for the store manager Wes who was extremely helpful in finding a great navy suit for our 18-year old son. His experience with suiting was quickly evident as he picked out the right size & fit in the first few minutes.
We looked at suits from Dillard's, Macy's and Men's Wearhouse. It was clear that Wes was far more knowledgeable than these other stores. We are excited for our son to wear his new suit for prom, senior banquet and other future events. Thank you Wes!!

This goes out to the receding hairline baldheaded “manager”, Jay. You are truly the epitome of a tasteless, uncouth, crass scarecrow. Not only were you rude, didn’t greet, not helpful to my sick mum, but to my two aunts and myself. You mumbled to a new associate by the name of Tracey (shoutout to you lady! You are incredibly kind and sweet) as we were cashing out and said to her, “I don’t know how you can handle them. You have more patience and are better than me.” I’m not deaf nor blind with your micro aggressive attitude; then again, I guess that attitude matches your horrible attire. I’ve worked in retail and HQs before to know this is not how you treat customers. Please get some training in customer and racial bias as clearly you don’t know how to lead by example. Be blessed!

Visited this particular express and it is by far the best one. Wesley, the store manager, is amazing. He knows how to assist the customer and make them feel comfortable. My husband needed an outfit for a special occasion and it was like pulling teeth to get him there, he is not a shopper nor a fashion follower. Thankfully, Wesley saved the day. Wesley greeted us, was extremely welcoming , helpful and I cannot thank him enough in taking care of the entire experience. Love this location, but Wesley is the best!!!

received the best customer service experience i’ve ever had retail wise with jay today! me and my boyfriend unexpectedly have a wedding to go to next weekend and jay was so helpful with helping us choose outfits, his fashion eye is top tier! will definitely be back!

The entire staff have all been so personable, friendly, and helpful at this location. My kid gave me 5 days notice that he wants to go to prom... Thanks to Express, he'll be well dressed on short notice.

I went in to look for a dress for my mothers funeral today. I had sales lady Zoey who helped me find a dress. I was talking to her while in the dressing room when Wesley came up and asked if I was looking for a dress for a wedding. I said no a funeral and he said “hopefully no one close” I mentioned it was my mother and he offered a hug. Not alone was the whole staff already friendly prior knowing the situation but they then found many more dresses for me. Once I found the dress I went to go look for shoes. That is when Wesley came up and mentioned that Express offers a “spreading love” or “Pass it forward” or something along the lines of that where the comp a purchase. This made my heart so full. Shopping for a dress is exhausting enough let alone picking out a dress for your own mothers funeral. They made it easy and gifted me something they will no idea how much it means to me. I will now forever buy any special occasion dress at this Express. Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you zoey, Linda, Wesley and everyone else I didn’t get the pleasure to meet.

Stopped in to find my husband some clothes for his new job and Wesley and Courtney were BEYOND helpful!!!! Redesigned his whole wardrobe!!! Can’t thank you enough for your time! We live in South Carolina but will DEFINITELY be back for some more advice from his “personal stylists” (as we refer to them) when we visit the Dayton/Cinci area!!! ❤️

Wesley, the store manager, is a rare bright light in retail apparel. A great eye, knowledgeable on both fashion and fit, efficient service, attention to detail and vigilant about the quality of the of service on his sales floor. I came in to buy dress shirts for my son - picked out a few myself and Wesley recommended a few others including a different fit than what I was thinking. He took the time to hand steam the shirts, which I thought was incredibly generous given it was a busy Saturday. The size and style he recommended ended up being the perfect fit. Wesley was right. In a world of sales associates who are clueless and careless …. finding Wesley - who is not only supremely qualified but takes a lot of pride in his work was so impressive! Thank you!
