went in to get a high dollar shoe for my wife's birthday and the service was abysmal . they didn't act like they wanted to wait on you will never go there again

Traumatic and humiliating to work here. They force the women to wear shirts with sleeves that cover their shoulders but the men of course had no requirements

How does a sporting goods place, that sells contact sportswear, not have a single athletic cup in their entire store? Not to mention the associates led me on a goose chase instead of just admitting they don't know or don't have them. Awful store layout as well. Seriously, if you designed this floor plan, you need to be fired.

I've been here a few times and the staff has been extremely helpful. On Saturday I went just to try on some shoes and even though it was really busy, the staff was impressive, helping everyone including me. Really appreciated it.

Easy in and out for a few last minute needs for vacation. A little delay because my items didn't come up with the sale price, but the checkout person called someone over and took care of the situation quickly. (Wish I had gotten his name.)

There was a young man that helped tonight gave great directions to find skull caps, lightweight jackets and elbow sleeves. He was awesome. Definitely will be back for another jacket.
