Walked into the Liberty Chico's this afternoon to do some weekend shopping. Two female associates working. Only one other customer in the store. Both looked at me, then turned away. Another customer walked into the store and received a warm greeting - one associate actually left the counter and walked toward the new customer to greet her. Despite being in the store for over 20 minutes I never received any acknowledgement. I dropped the four items I had considered purchasing and walked out. Apparently customer service is reserved for only certain customers. Will NEVER shop Chico's again.

Went in yesterday afternoon (New Yeats Eve) while I was waiting on family to arrive for dinner at Kona Grill. Myself and one other customer were in the store. The two ladies that worked there were at the counter talking and didn’t acknowledge either of us or offer to help. They need to go to the Deerfield location in Mason to see what exceptional customer service is. As a former retail business offer, I would be very upset with my staff.
