“It's Ollie's... what can I say! If you are a fan of the old Filene's Basement in Harvard Square, you'll love Ollie's. It's a bit of a jumble the store is a bit worn at the edges, and sometimes the bargains turn out to not to be so great, but with a little care you can waltz away with a genuine consumer surplus. I have bought delicious, imported jams, jellies and fruit preserves at less than half of what they would cost in a grocery store, craft books, home furnishings, and even work pants at Ollie's, and I have been happy with all my purchases. Shopping at Ollie's is an adventure, and a lot of fun! The checkout staff are always polite and friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and parking has never been an issue.”
“Furniture staff was helpful with information and very nice and young men running front register was very nice as well. Big lots has a lot of nice items in all their different departments with reasonable prices.”
“Really fun store to walk around seeing what nifty things you can buy at bargain prices. Only reason it's getting a 4 is because like most retail places they do seem a bit stubborn about opening more registers. Plus the absolute insane level of restraint you have to use to even get to the register. The amount of stuff that they throw in your face for you to buy on an impulse is an endurance test.”

“I shop here often. The staff always greets you at the door. Today I was looking for some gloves to wear to a funeral but they were out of fashion gloves. The worker (manager) offered me her gloves. I could have cried. That was the absolute sweetest gesture at my time of bereavement! This store represents old time values that are not seen often these days. Kudos to PAW Family Dollar!”

“I got here at almost closing, but the ladies still were friendly and helpful. It was not the cleanest I've ever seen it, but, in their defense, there were a couple of little kids in the store that I witnessed looking at stuff then throwing it on the floor, but these ladies never got angry, they just picked it up and kept going. Definitely two of the most professional D.G. employees I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you for making my last minute shopping trip so pleasant.”
“First the employees are amazing!! They are always working very hard and find items for you. The management is great!! Even though they are so busy, they still take the time to help. If it's not on the shelf they will go look. The grounds are well kept! Very clean. I talked to one of the young ladies working there and she said they just got done with inventory that's why it's so packed. The restrooms were nice and clean. Overall, a great shopping experience!”
“There is some good employees working there and the store always has good deals on items and lots of coupons daily added new to the app. I love this store. Also another plus is the store is normally stocked and clean unlike some of the other stores in the area.”

“I gave this store a 5 star, now 4 years later, I can't give it a -1. This stores decline is sad. Staff today not to bright. Could not give change! It was on the register, they really didn't seem to care about the cleanliness or customers. They forced us to mask, but didn't care about following their own guidelines. I could not believe the filth I was seeing. It was my last time shopping here. Very sad.”
