they get one star because there's not a option for no stars which is what they deserve! ordered a skid loader with tooth bucket , they sent a smooth bucket with machine . I called and they said that's all they had . so he must went out to scrap pile a found a tooth bucket and sent it over . like I said must got it from scrap pile , had bolt on teeth that was half bent up wards . it was not even usable . when I called them on Monday they said they don't understand why smooth bucket would take longer than tooth bucket ( (need tooth bucket to dig up rocky ground( so they are ignorant to why the right tool is needed! they said they would call me after they got machine picked up and looked at bucket , they never called . called back this week also we will call you back and never did so here I am !i guess going back to sunbelt and there price increases, at least I get what I order !!!!!! not junk Like I got at Cardinal

Always have a great experience at Cardinal. Equipment always seems to be properly maintained. Bryce, my main contact, always answers the phone morning or night and makes sure I have what I need.

Accused my company of not being the actual Chompers Tree Service. After showing them I had access to the business phone, website, main email account, Facebook account, and bringing in 100 business flyers unopened, I was still accused of not being the real company. Hope this proves it at least. Loyal customer for 5 years down the drain.

I had rented from them several times in the past, and had pretty good experiences. But recently I rented a piece of equipment from them and when I returned it, I noticed a week later a charge for an additional $265. I questioned them on it and they said I went over the hours on the machine by two hours even though I have pictures of the time when I got it and send it back and it was just a little over an hour and they charged me for 2 hrs so thats how they justified the first $100. but, when I rented it, they never told me that I would be responsible for fuel and that if I didn't fill it up before returning it, they would charge me almost 2 times the going rate for diesel fuel. so another $165 for 22 gallons of diesel so $7.50 a gallon. But it gets worse. When I rented it, I told them I had not used the attachment that I was renting and asked if the person was going to be able to give me direction. They delivered it, he gave me some directions that were wrong, so I assumed that one of the functions was not working, which is why it took me so much longer to do the work. When I returned it, they claimed it was fine and I should've called them and they could have helped me figure out the issue. But again, nobody told me there was a hotline. I could call on memorial day weekend. I assumed since their shop wasn't open, I was on my own. I called to politely discuss it, because I was hoping we could at least split the difference or at least have a fair price on the fuel, and essentially they told me to pound sand. Needless to say, I'll never rent from Cardinal again.

I needed a tool for an hour or two, but they didn't have anything but full day rates. Then the tool didn't work with my equipment. . Not particularity pleased.

Great service! I've had an Automower for 3 years and it's been awesome. Anytime there have been concerns or issues Todd has always been on top of it and super helpful. We've rented tools and a bounce house from this location as well and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate us when timing or issues occurred that were not their fault.
