You don't see customer service like this anymore! I recently purchased a home with a central vacuum. Never having a central vac before, I was unfamiliar with the system. So when it started having issues I called the number on the canister. Myrl responded to my call right away. I was working at the time and he could have just scheduled a routine service call. Instead, he took down some info and called me later that night after I was home. After a few troubleshooting questions, we found the problem and it is working perfectly again. It's refreshing to see someone who cares and is willing to take the time to help. Thank You Myrl
