I know Walmart gets a bad rap but I needed to do a return for a online purchase and the women in customer service was so kind to me. She helped me find where my information was and made the return quick and easy.

Some things are still cheap here but a lot is the same price as everywhere else and the staff isn't friendly, nice ir helpful. Most of them just glare at you even when you smile at them and don't ask for help they will just get annoyed or snappy with you.

I am consistently impressed with my local Walmart! The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with a smile. The prices are unbeatable, and I appreciate the wide variety of products available, from groceries to electronics. The checkout process is efficient, even during busy times. Overall, my shopping experience at this Walmart is always pleasant and satisfying. Highly recommend!

This is the worst ever Wal-Mart I have been in around Columbus. I have been living nearby 11 years ago, so this was the Wal-Mart I had been in the most. I have moved back nearby 2 years ago, this is the Wal-Mart I would be going the most. It was not that bad as I could recall 11 years ago. But seriously speaking, the customer service is the worst among the groceries nearby right now. You can definitely tell right away if you have to go meijer which is just at the other side of the street on the same day. I was walking in the main shopping route last week, one staff lady was pushing her pick up cart so fast and hardly hit on me from the intersection. I was still at a shock cuz if I was not able to turn my cart a little further with myself I was hit. And she kept staring at me from head to toe so rudely without apologize. OMG. This was not the first time I leave bad review at this store. Very bad service, rude staffs without proper training. This store is definitely a hard pass.
