Was going to get 2 sets of lights and some zip ties. I waited in line for 10 minutes waiting for my turn in the tobacco line to get cigarettes. Was told I had to go to customer service to get the cigarettes. I canceled the order and walked out. Waste of time and bad customer service.

I'm really not a fan of any store that has check out self checkout only and all the Walmarts are going towards that so I really am not a fan. Normally I don't go into Walmart. I have things delivered but I was here and I just stepped in

Horrible shopping experience!!!!!! I came to pick up and order and they gave my order to someone else! Then they lied about re-picking my order! One of the workers stood right in my face and said they had to leave because their shift was over and asked me to come back the next day! Told me to go inside and ask for a refund! I go inside and they didn't want to give me a refund, they made me wait to have my order re-picked for a "second" time. I waited OVER an hour and talked to about 7 different people about this issue! I WILL NEVER be back to this Walmart again!

Overall good Walmart have gone to it my entire life but this instance was different. Bought a cosmic red PS5 controller from the electronics section and when I got back home It turned out to be a damaged white controller in a red box. I went back to return it and Jackie, the manager working there at the time, wouldn't let me return it because it was a different product than the packaging displayed it as (like it was my fault not theirs). They took absolutely no responsibility and blamed it on either me or PlayStation. They did absolutely nothing for me to get me my money back. Now I have to deal with their mistake and find out how to sell the broken controller that I payed $80 for. They say "customer satisfaction guaranteed", well I surely wasn't satisfied. Thanks Jackie and crew. I will say, the gentlemen working in the electronics section were extremely kind and understanding of my situation and did everything they could to help me out. Maybe you should hire them as the managers?

This Walmart is pathetic. I go here because it's close to my job so I need something that isn't at another store it's pretty accessible, but other than that I don't like it. There's never any carts but the parking lot is full of them. Now I can see during the weekends when it's busy but there is logically no reason I should go in at 9pm on a Wednesday night and there are no carts in the store nor baskets. Would not recommend shopping here unless you're just going for something like toothpaste or something light you can carry

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment scheduled with the Walmart tire center at 7am Tuesday December 27th. I showed up on time and was told the tire center did not open until 9. Not only was I able to schedule a 7 am time slot on the website and purchase $800 worth of new tires I received a confirmation email the night before saying that the appointment was set and they would see me at 7am. Terrible communication and expect more from an online experience in todays world.

Walmart is great for cheap affordable products. However this location is ridiculous with their employees. On multiple trips to this Walmart it's always something. Patricia who works the morning shift has disrespected my profession to my face she has argued with me she is down right rude. Patsy who works more morning/afternoon is absolutely the meanest and rudest person. She watches everyone like the are out to steal their whole cart! I have canceled my Walmart + because of this location and the old ladies who make check out such a hassle! Time to retire ladies!

Went in Saturday at 4 to do a money transfer...Employee who was scheduled to do transfer had already left... I asked for employee to find a manager... She walked away... I was advised to go to Tuttle Mall... Finally, flagged down a manager... Update, I went back in on Sunday...Money machine was down again... We got a manager and two other employees neither of which could operate the money machine... The long and short of it is it says on the slip they can do transfers within 10 minutes of placing the order... Two days and I still never received my transaction... Customer service told me they are violation of their contract with Western Union... Don't waste your time...

Well, it's a Wal-Mart in a busy place. The parking lots needs some tlc. And they need to hire someone to get carts from all over the parking lot. There has been no carts inside every time we come here. The lack of employees is just scary. There was even an alarm going off outside in the garden department and no one responded to it. While they a decent selection of what you need, especially if it's make up...Wal-Mart really needs to go back to being a caring, attentive, clean place for all to shop at and it wouldn't hurt the customers to be a bit more responsible as well. If there was a giant Target that had a full grocery department like back in Virginia, I wouldn't shop at this Wal-Mart.

This Walmart has gotten so bad .. there are harshly any staff here and when u do find them they have no idea of what ur talking about or how to help you . I stood at customer service desk for a return For more than30 mins and no one showed up .. as other employees just stood there looking at me ... then when I get to ask someone they say oh customer service is closed because they don't have enough staff to run it !!! The shelves are almost empty ! It's dirty. There is so much nasty stuff on the floors .. the produce section Is disgusting the fruits and vegetables are rotten ! .. but yet they still close at 10-11 pm and they state they do because so they can make sure their stores are clean and stocked for their customers this place is a disaster !! If I could I wouldn't give them any stars

Wal Marts Super Center LEWIS CENTER , Oh has a dept. management problem, no one will do there jobs, as an employee when you ask for a key to finish your job of throwing away rotten produce managers always refuse and say theres other managers below them out so go look for them or theres no one around . Department managers never come around on a daily, weekly or even monthly visit to see whats going on, whose doing the work and whose being lazy making for a tense work place and festering bad attitudes. Example, one day two of 5 employees working fresh produce cap1 were working, at 10.30 am 3 of us took our 1hour lunch break, out of those 3 only one employee actually punched out, that person punched back in at 11.15 am and went back to work, the other 2 employees then took it upon themselves to punch out for second lunch hour and never came back to the job and stuck the other 2 employees with almost half a days work plus there share of the work they skipped out on. They spent half a day playing on computors in HR Tonyas office till it was time to punch out. The third employee was always last to show up on job at 430am and always did the least amount as possible because he was from Africa and black they couldnt stop him either. Thats just the tip of the ice berg as the after noon shift is just as bad. No dept. managers are looking, no one in charge cares and is not doing there jobs. A ship in the dark with no guidance! Thats why i quit this place , i dont mind doing the work of 2 people, but not 3 or 4. This took place on January 10th ,Sunday daylight shift.

Worst management ever. Kimberly, team lead, closed the customer service because check out lines were long and moved the associate to check out while I stood there. Kimberly just walked around but refused to help me at customer service. Said she would send a manager but none ever showed up. Customer service is dead at Walmart. We already knew that though!
