Orders some Balenciagas for a concert, 1500 dollars, they were supposed to be dropped off two days ago. Gets a message “package available for pick up” goes to pick package up for two days in a row, they’re telling me they can’t find it. I ordered these shoes specifically for a concert I’m going to today and now I won’t even have them. So annoyed.
It’s goin on 4 days now and the package just seems to have disappeared. Driver is saying he put it in a lux locker, my apartment verified he didn’t. And package is still saying available for pick up instead of delivered so that is false. Files missing package.

Condescending male staff member. After he asked, “how can we help you?” I made a simple comment of why I came in while perusing one section, and his response was, “well you won’t find it over there” in a voice that was not welcoming at all. Similar comments were made during my visit, another being when I wanted to read through the screen on the hazardous materials details, I guess I was taking too long for him because he said, “click continue,” I noted I was reading through it and his reply was, “I just told you all of that.” So it was just not a great customer experience overall. I stayed polite, but it made me not want to deal with him on any other occasion. Everyone else I’ve encountered at this location over the last couple years has been great.

This post office has lost countless mail that has cost my wife’s business money and time. Letters that have tracking that were lost. It’s so bad that we had to file a complaint on this location. We are better off putting letters in collection box’s in random places than to drop them off here! Just like other reviews say, employees here talk to you at times like you are making their life miserable!

Would not recommend this location. Staff is extremely rude and telling customers the wrong thing. Very rude lady told me I couldn’t use my stamp WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT. Then when I asked her to have a look she realized it was ok to use. I saw the same lady staff tell another customer that she couldn’t have her package back to take a picture of it. I cant imagine why. Rude rude rude.

today, I directed an undesirable worker from an employee named ( Nina ). She was very mean to me and treated me in a very condescending manner, as if she owned the entire company. Her manner was rude, and she also wanted to convince me that I was either stupid or deaf, and I am not both. also judging my action and treated me like I work under her, just because she’s doing her job. And to me I will never accepted to be treated like that from a worker doing her routine job, because of her bad day or if she does not like me from the moment she saw me. because we all have jobs and we know how to act and respect customers. I don’t recommend this specifically USPS office just because of her working there and if it’s close to your home, go to a different worker than her, nobody should accept her action and being treated badly, just because whatever.

went here for the first time to drop off a package and was a little confused so i asked the middle aged black guy at the front if he knew if my package was insured, he then gave me a snarky response and said he has no clue. he then told me it came with $100 insurance automatically in which i replied “thank you that’s what i needed to know”. as i was walking out i heard him say “well that isn’t what ya asked” and him and another lady started laughing. terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend dealing with these rude employees. just because your not having a good day doesn’t mean you have to be rude and turn people away. not to mention you were very rough on my package with an xbox inside of it.
