“Took our truck in at 3pm on a Thursday. We told them to check a few things and anything else they felt should be looked at. Within a few hours they called to say the lines from the transmission were bad, too. It's always cheaper to fix things early on. Still had it ready to pick up within 24 hours. Excellent service with honest recommendations of needed repairs! Will always go back to them.”

“Best towing experience you could ask for. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere in the rain with 2 flat tires, low on gas with declining cold temps outside. Dispatch was very friendly, sent someone out right away, and quoted me a very fair price. Josh, my tow truck driver was a gentleman and a professional. He took me to the car dealership for my car to get worked on and made what is a lousy night for anyone the most painless experience possible. Highly recommend this company!”
“The service at Harris is top notch. We take all our service needs to them. Joanie is very knowledgeable and polite and does the best at meeting your service schedule needs. I really like that they have loaner cars if needed. Our Honda CrossTour has a number one cylinder issue and most likely requires ultimately a rebuild. However, the mechanic gave me an option not to spend the money now and have me in about every six months to change out the number one spark plug and get an oil change with synthetic oil and I could defer the service later. We’ve done this now two times and the car runs great. We will ultimately get the rebuild done, but are pleased that this saved us thousands of dollars. I actually had this evaluated at three places and their quote was the most competitive for the rebuild. No matter the service needs, Harris Automotive does it in an efficient and professional way. I’d recommend their business to anyone. And now that they have added the expansion they will most likely be able to turn more services in the day. Our time is valuable and they take that into consideration when trying to meet your service needs and get your car back to you as soon as possible.”

“Thomas did an amazing repair on my A/C and gave me a better quote than any other mechanic I asked. One mechanic wanted to charge me $1300 for the repair and Thomas explained how much the parts cost (which was less than 1/3 of the quote the other shops gave me) . He was quick with it and honest about it. He even said I could use his quote to get a better deal elsewhere if I didn't want to drive it to him. “First time here. These are my guys now. My car is almost 10 years old, so the occasional problem is going to happen.
Not only did Wayne's auto diagnose my issue accurately, but from the time I dropped it off until the time it was done, was less than 24 hours. I realize that can't always be the case, but I can't deny that these guys made me a priority. Efficiency matters, and their willingness and ability to get my issues diagnosed and repaired quickly, meant that I was able to get back to normal life. (And stop paying rental car fees)

“Brought our 2014 BMW 528i xdrive sedan into A-TEAM last month (September 2024) and met with Adam (Shop Manager), who we explained our problem too regarding our transmission issue that completely failed making the vehicle totally undriveable.
He was very knowledgeable as to the overall functionality and possible problems with our BMW transmission, and made us feel very comfortable that our vehicle was in "good hands" with A-TEAM.
We received a phone call from him a couple days later after they did a complete inspection of our transmission and contacted our Vehicle Warranty Company (MPC) explaining to them that we needed a complete transmission rebuild which they approved for us which was a great relief as this was an expensive repair/rebuild.
He said it would take 7-10 business days for them to complete the rebuild, and when the work was completed he contacted us to pick up our vehicle. The only expense we had was for the replacement of a Drive Axle Guibo (geebo) Flex Joint that they recommended we replace because of excessive wear & tear and cracking. Only $235.00 out of our pocket!
We came back two weeks later as they recommended for a quick transmission "check-up", and they gave our transmission a clean bill of health!
We've had our vehicle back for 30 days and it is driving like brand new!! No problems and no more check engine light issues! We are very happy and pleased with everyone at A-TEAM Transmissions and the excellent work they did to get our BMW back on the road and running like new!

“I've been taking my cars here for 15+ years. Staff is always friendly, never tries to push or upsale, and the work has always been top notch. You can probably find some slightly cheaper places around for some of the work, but there are almost always coupons available here, and they really do very quality work. I have never had to worry about my cars in their care and will continue to take them here as long as I'm in the area.”
