Genuinely seemed like the associates did not want to help or work. Just trying to switch out a phone, and essentially said everything would take hours to get an authorized user added, contacts switched over, etc….. Called the service line and it took 2minutes. Like I said, it seemed like they were just going to manufacture issues until we left the store cuz they didn’t want to work. Go to another t mobile store if you can, save yourself the headache.

Good service when we arrived and they had us order an IPhone on line for home delivery when they did not have the desired white color model. BUT... when it was delivered in the wrong color wanted to do nothing to help get the right model. Also 3 times have reluctantly replaced a phone screen protector that gets large air bubbles.

Jason the store manager was the most helpful person I've had in a long time. I went in with questions about my bill, he was able to get me an updated plan that saved me almost $40 a month without losing any of my current services. I'm so glad I found this location.

Kareem is one of the most effective and efficient customer service reps i have ever met in any industry. Having served as chief HR officer for CVG a billion dollar corp for 23 years prior to retirement as well as HR Director for GE and Mack Truck i had ressponibilty fot training including customer service individuals. Kareem sets the example of what i trained those individuals in for them to be effective. He should be managing this location. The person who is ,Jayson, is one of the worst indivduals i have ever met who is in front of customers. Let alone o e wgo is the manager. He is gruff,pompous, demeaning and comes across as egotistical and. Narcistic. Anytime i now go oTo this store i wont let him ,wait on me even if he tried

Stellar Service at T-Mobile Lewis Center.I recently had the pleasure of switching to T-Mobile from AT&T at the Lewis Center store and my experience was nothing short of phenomenal.The team at T-Mobile Lewis Center made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. They were patient, detailed, and thorough in their explanations, ensuring I had a clear understanding of each step of the process. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service truly set them apart.In particular, I would like to commend Kareem for his exceptional service. From the moment I walked into the store, he made me feel welcome and prioritized my needs. Kareem was extraordinarily knowledgeable, and his guidance throughout the transition was invaluable. His dedication to providing a seamless customer experience was evident, and I deeply appreciate his assistance in this process.To anyone considering a switch to T-Mobile, I cannot recommend the Lewis Center store enough. The level of service and care they provide to their customers is truly unparalleled. Kareem and Caleb were fantastic to work with! Absolute nerdtastic rockstars! I highly recommend them for any phone or account issues you may be experiencing. You are in the best hands! They understood the urgency of my issue and pushed to get it resolved immediately. I haven't had access to set up my voicemail since I switched over to T-Mobile 4.5 months ago: "Voicemailbox Invalid". I've been back and forth with 611 customer service several times. A week later I just decided to come to the store. They advocated for me, called out bs when needed, and escalated my issue through the tech support hierarchy. 80 minutes later I HAVE VOICEMAIL!!! ?
