The manager called me the next day saying she found it under a rack of sweatshirts and would keep it in the safe until I could pick it up! What great customer service!!!”

“Trevyn is GREAT! Recently purchased a used bike from Facebook Marketplace and was having some discomfort while riding in my neck, shoulders, and right hand. Discussed these concerns with Trevyn, the bike technician. He was AMAZING!! So helpful, so attentive, and very knowledgeable. My husband and I even came in near closing time ~8:30pm and he was still so friendly and willing to help. He answered questions and proposed a possible solution, then offered to do the work for us right then to squeeze us in before closing. AMAZING! Idk what he gets paid, but give this guy a raise! I wish we could tip him somehow haha”
“Last night was my first time to this store in over 10 years and when I weighed 100Lbs less. Haha. blast from the past. Very happy to see this store is still in business. Parking: The parking lot is shared with nearby stores, however whenever I've been here the parking lot has been mostly empty. Parking lot could use more lights at night. 4.5 stars. Customer service: When I was there recently, they had 3 employees assisting customers. They were very helpful. However I had trouble believing them after they insisted the leather shoes would stretch 3 sizes... which in my experience of playing college soccer is not true. 3.5 stars Selection: This is one of two locations, so if they don't have the specific item they can get it from their other store. This store has EVERYTHING you would need for soccer, for players, coaches, and referees. 5 stars. Overall: My experience here has always been good. I'm happy to see this store is still in business. Now let's hope that I can still play soccer as I begin my soccer season next week. First time playing since college. Forever young! (4.5+3.5+5)/3= 4.33 stars”
“Great prices and deals on the apparel at this outlet store, especially compared to the other stores that hike up the prices compared to their normal locations then put a “sale” on the items.Not only did I save money but I lost my keys and was scrambling at closing time through several stores I was in to find them. The closing staff on 2/27 found my coat and found my gf to let me know they found my coat with my keys. Then another closing staff stuck around a couple minutes to give it to me. Thank you guys so much”

“ASICS has some good wide shoes, but this location has them all hidden on the top shelf ,above the signs. If I hadn't looked up and saw the white sticker indicating wide, I would have walked out thinking they didn't have any wide in stock.”

“This undulating 18-hole course is charming. Only played the front and found the fairways and greens to be in fine condition. Complimentary practice area is matted but good quality. Pub offered a good variety of beverages and food options. Hope to be invited to again play this private club soon.”
“Great place for finding the perfect shoe. Staff takes the time to evaluate stride, running style and your intended use of your running shoe. Mine, military runs! Recommend a shoe to stabilize my feet while running on less than smooth terrains. Will be putting to the test come Monday!!”

Aaron (one of the managers) Belle and Cale really worked together to get me the deal of a lifetime I walked In for a coat and was about to pay 200 for it when they guided me around the store to get more stuff for a better discount. Dude, I got 7 things for 150 dollars!!!!! Kid you not. I almost walked out with a coat but instead got some stuff for my niece too and she loved it. God bless you three. I really appreciate you all. That honestly made my weekend.”

“To the hundreds of dummies on here complaining about the lines, STOP GOING ON WEEKENDS. Weekends are when everyone goes to the outlet malls. I’ve been lots of times M-F and had no issues getting in and out quickly. Also there’s a little thing called “Fire Code” which prevents them from just allowing 500 people from entering the store all at once.
I’ve always had a good experience there. Always find good deals on the discount wall. Staff is friendly enough and has always been helpful when I needed assistance”

“I went into the new Easton store (which is gorgeous) today looking for a nice soft bra, similar to a bralette. A wonderful sales associate greeted me asking if there was anything in particular I was looking for, so I explained. She showed me various options. Then after picking out some styles to try, asked if I wanted to get updated measurements. I've never had that done so I agreed, and to my dismay, she said I should be wearing a 36C. For my entire adult life I've worn 34A and hating how uncomfortable I was every time I wore a bra. Then I tried on these bras this associate helped me pick out, and they fit like a glove. I've never felt this comfortable in a bra, and I couldn't be more thankful for this woman's assistance. I am feeling more confident than ever now!”

Their expert analysis of foot and gait mechanics gave me insights I've never had before - previous experiences at other stores was mostly a guessing game on how a shoe should fit and feel. At FF, the staff shared info on both of those things. I walked away with the perfect fitting shoe suited for my type and distance of running, as well as tips and tricks on lace tying and how to get the most wear from my purchase. Awesome store - HIGHLY recommend!!”
