Sean is the absolute best! Had a jamming problem with my Zastava and he solved it within 15 minutes. Explained the situation clearly, and how to solve the problem. Huge relief! Jim is great too. Very understanding and walks you through the process of buying a firearm.

I would give this store more than 5 stars if I could.
They are 100% customer oriented. If you ever go, ask for Jim, Mark or Shawn, however, everyone else is also super nice, friendly and helpful.
For newbies like me, they have held my hand along the path of becoming a firearm owner!

If you happen to be LE with your work address on your license, don’t expect an easy experience to come here and buy a firearm. When literally everywhere else accepts a range pass, it’s not good enough here. Also wouldn’t accept my government-issued paystub that has my name and home address “just to be on the safe side” in the words of the employee. The only option was a fishing license, for which they make you wait 24 hours after purchase. So even though I bought the fishing license while standing at the counter, I had to drive an hour home and back the next day. Asinine and makes you feel treated like a criminal. Good LE price on the gun though if you want to jump through their corporate hoops.

I absolutely love this location, far better than grove city. I come here weekly as I am a member, and am never disappointed. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Back when this was Shoot Point Blank it was great. When Range first took over we had a couple “interesting” range days. Several of my friends and I have shot here and had member ships for several years. Recently, after speaking with someone and making sure what the FFL fee would be with my membership, and picking up two guns at the same time when I arrived it was twice what was expected and DOUBLE the cost of my standard shop where I have stuff shipped. Never again. This combined with several bad employee interactions which I had let slide has brought this review. The gent that checked me out was very friendly, a nice guy and very apologetic but for the most part this is a corporate highway robbery shop with none of the niceties that existed. Zero customer care and all the smugness of “the customer being loyal doesn’t matter to us”. Hundreds of boxes of ammo and range time I’ll be shopping elsewhere. Again. If you are having something shipped in absolutely do not use this place. There are tons of other shops and ranges around, I recommend you shop elsewhere.

I have only been to range usa 1 time and will never go back. Lewis center, there were 3 of us going to shoot. We each got charged for a lane and shared one. The employee said it had to be on a single credit card. Also asked about collecting brass. He said not allowed. I should have known due to there was one employee walking around with a waterbote on a caribeaner hanging from his hip. Also was kind of shocked to be able to stand outside the building and hear firearms being discharged. I will stick with blackwing.
