“I've been to this location several times and have always had excellent service. Today, I brought in two large portraits to see how much shipping them would cost. Bridget was very friendly and professional, explaining the costs and handling my items with care. She was super understanding when I wanted to wait in the store so I could text my husband about whether he'd be comfortable with the cost. Ultimately, I decided not to ship the items, and since I had my young child with me, Bridget and Stew offered to let me get him to the car and bring my car around so they could load the portraits in for me. I didn't even purchase anything on this visit, and they still provided top notch customer service! I will happily take my business here in the future.”
“There are several reasons to use this store for U-Haul. The first is simply the people. They are nice, a quality that goes a long way when you have to move stuff. They have a lot of trucks, so I have been able to get trucks on two different August Saturdays, a busy time. They also have a lot of parking. They have gone out of their way to make my tasks easy (I won't raise expectations by listing favors done, but the folks here are very considerate).”

Print shipping labels with postage, give printed receipts with tracking numbers & confirmations (and/or email them), etc. I can't think of anything they don't have or can't do. Her patience and clear next steps assured me that the 3rd generation, irreplaceable item would be handled with care. The process was seamless with Jessica informing me every step of the way. “You never know what you’ll get working with a company to help you print - but today I worked with DARRAH at this FedEx location to help do a custom print job for my wedding in two days. And he absolutely nailed it. He helped me pick out card stock, formatting, sizing, even with stands for the sign. He was an absolute expert, professional, efficient. Within one hour I had perfect signs printed out. It was truly the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a FedEx, UPS, Staples, Kinkos. It is worth it to drive thirty minutes out of your way to work with him because he will get it done right and get it done quickly. Thank you to the whole team.”

“This is an Amazing store with great customer service! Please stop coming into franchises and expecting not to pay for materials YOU need to complete YOUR shipment. The UPS Store is not required to tape ANY box in which the customer did not pay to ship at the store.
It’s taking responsibility for YOUR box if something were to happen just because they tapped it. BUY TAPE or stop shipping/returning stuff. It’s not fair to have to run a business and buy everything for the customers to COMPLAIN about a policy that you can GOOGLE. You go run a business and have your customers make complaints about you not giving free materials, it’s actually crazy to see these reviews and entitlement!
Stop blaming that amazing woman Tiffany! She is there by herself every time I come in and does an excellent job at connecting with her customers. If you pay attention while in the store and stop worrying about tape you would see how many people genuinely love the store!
Stop coming into the store feeling ENTITLED to supplies that should be purchased. If you want FREE tape, go to the store who chooses to do it for free regardless of UPS POLICY. maybe they have the money to do that and that’s great but stop trying to knock down a business for simply following the rules!
Also, if you packages don’t get scanned in CALL UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE! All of this information is on Google. Stop trying to blame this store for everything UPS. They do not put the packages on the truck and ship them. If you have a problem The store can not help and has to take the same avenue you do to solve the problem. Which they are also not required to do because The UPS Store and UPS ARE SEPARATE ENTITIES!
they try their best but y'all are expecting miracle workers and it doesn't work like that. Blame the truck drivers for not scanning in your package or ask for a receipt so you can physically see your package be scanned and if any problems occur after… it’s because of UPS not this UPS STORE”

“This review is late, I am sorry I was busy traveling during this interaction and meant to do so, but I just saw the receipt and remembered I wanted to write a review. Traveling from Florida to Ohio to West Virginia for a celebration of life and needed to get some things printed last minute. Chuan first helped me while I was still in Florida over the phone and then I arrived unannounced and Chuan saved the day by getting all of my materials printed in an expedient matter and we were able to pass them out at the Celebration of Life. I do not need printing services on a regular basis so I was unfamiliar with all the procedures and the how-tos. But thankfully, Chuan was

“This is the Fed Ex store I frequent due to the company getting a building in New Albany. I use to dread coming in. We have a corporate account and somehow I would always get this lady, let's just call her Karen and she would always give me a hard time. I would bring the items in to have her box it up she said oh I can't do that, mind you I work in the IT dept for a bank so I would ONLY have monitors and laptops to ship, nothing crazy. I would say isnt this a pack and ship. She would ask to see my ID for me to use the business account ???. I explained I never had to do this at any other Fed Ex store. She would ask me questions to verify the account or sometime she would say oh I cant find the account in our system. So I literally stopped coming. She was THE WORST. So I had to send a package out early and I couldn't make it to the City Gate so I sucked it up and came into the store. To my surprise she wasn't there and I got Malik he was a breathe of fresh air. I had three things to ship to three seperate locations, no problem Malik took care of it. Boxed up all the items, packed it himself and took my business account and I didn't have to show ID. He was super professional and assisted me like it was his job unlike .......Karen......I might come back in there if I know he is there. Plus we was jamming to that new Meek Mill on his little radio. A+ service.”
