Terrible customer service. Was standing in line for 5 minutes and took another customer in front of me. I get being busy and helping other people but when I’ve been waiting is kinda crazy.

I visited Sephora to find a matte setting spray to use for my upcoming wedding. I asked Taylor for a recommendation and she really went above and beyond to show me the best one that would be long lasting and even demonstrated how it well it worked over foundation. I purchased it and also grabbed the mascara that she suggested. Once I got home, I tried both out and after 7 hours at a 4th of July party full of sweating and such, my makeup still looks so good. My mascara didn’t smear and the setting spray was the perfect addition to make my look last! Taylor was so sweet and kind today. I’m thankful she helped me!!!

If I could leave a 1 star review, I would. One of the sales associates who was working around 6:50 PM 4/2/2023 was extremely rude. There is nicer ways to tell someone that something is out of stock. It is sad to see people going out of their way to be condescending and rude when they choose to represent brands as prestigious as Sephora.

I don't usually go to sephora but the costumer service was immaculate. I forget the employee's name but she was soo helpful and super knowledgeable! I'd spend a few dollars extra at that store just to get some of that personalized help.

I was surprised at the space of the Sephora within Kohls. The location carries all the brands you could expect from the regular Sephora stores at the malls. The space was clean and everything was in its place. The only thing missing when we went was the customer service. There was no one there to ask if we needed anything or what we can be helped with. They may be short staffed; however, this is the difference I felt at the Sephora within Kohls compared to the one at the mall. I always enjoy speaking with an associate at Sephora because they usually introduce me to something new or a product that may go well with my skin/complexion. I appreciate that kind of help while shopping for beauty products.

Great changes to online pick up! Right by the front door now, packages stored there, too. I’m and out in 5 minutes! Fast, friendly, efficient!
