Jennifer one of the best makeup artists/hair stylists in here. I booked her for my hairstyling and am so happy with my decision! She made me look and feel so beautiful! She is incredibly talented and one of the sweetest people you will meet in your life. Jennifer truly has an eye for beauty, is detail oriented, and will make you look like the most gorgeous version of yourself! She was so easy to talk to and make me super comfortable while I was getting ready. I had such a fun time chatting and getting ready with her! She checked in with me throughout the getting ready process to see how I was liking things and we really worked hard to give me the best look. I had sent her some inspiration inspiration beforehand and she truly exceeded my expectations!
I have gotten so many compliments on my hair and makeup from friends and family. The makeup and hair was exactly what I was looking for, glamorous but still looked like myself and did not feel too heavy or cakey at all. The hair was so romantic and perfect. The waves and twists of the blowout stayed for the whole event ! I have a bad tendency of oxidizing various foundations, particularly because I have fair and oily skin; however, the foundation she applied was perfect and matched my skin tone amazingly. I did not look orange or yellow. The makeup looked great even multiple hours after the shoot was over. I was so happy that my family loved my hair and makeup too! Beyond her top notch beauty skills, she is such a kind and caring human being.
I will book her in the future as well and I'm so excited to work with her again! I highly recommend her!! Love from toronto girl!

1. If you do not meet dress code ( hair down curled or straight, full face of makeup, black clothes head to toe, shoes have to be all black(even the bottoms) they will send you home and have you clock out and if you do not come back before 9 you can't come in. 2. If you call off for having food poisoning, flu or a bad cold they will make you go get a doctors note and if you don't show up with one you'll get written up. 3. If you get covid, viral pneumonia or flu and take off more than 1 day of school you will have to restart your classes. 4. The only way to get in the school after 9 is if you have a doctors note. 5. One of the girls got into 2 car accidents on the way to school and came past 9 and they didn't let her in bc she didn't have a doctors note. She ended up having to retake the class. 6. If you call off the day before or after a holiday they will make you pay them 100$. One girl came to class the day before Thanksgiving and wasn't feeling good and asked the teacher if she would be able to go to the doctors and get a doctors note and be excused from paying 100$. Brittani ended up telling her she'll still have to pay. The girl left and went to the doctors and tested for Covid, flu, pink eye, and an ear infection. She obviously didn't come in the day after thanksgiving and now has to pay 200$ to brittani and had to retake classes. 7. If you start going to school there and choose 1800 hours you can't move down any hours. You are only to move up in hours till you reach 1800.the same thing goes with if you start with 5 days a week you won't be able to go down to 3 days a week. 8. My car got hit by a sheet of ice on my way to school and cracked my windshield. My appointment was for the next day at 9(that was the only time he could fit me in) I sent a text to Brittanie at 8AM if u would be able to come to school after my appointment if I have a note from him. She never responded. It was 8:50 and I called the school to let them know what was going on and to ask if u could come back with a note. Kelly the front desk lady cut me off while I was explaining and gave the phone to Brittani. Brittani told me that if I don't have a doctors note that I won't be allowed in. I told her I wasn't taking my car to the urgent care to get a doctors note. She then told me that it's the rules. So I since I didn't go to the urgent care to get a doctors note I was not allowed to attend school. 9. The instructors here have favorites and will allow certain things for those people but not others( dress code, doctors note, etc..) 10. If you piss off Brittani she will make new rules and make you follow them and if you don't you will get written up. 11. basically to sum it all up Brittani is a cash cow. She does not care about a single one of her students. The only thing she cares ab is that cash that she gets out of us. 12. Also when I signed up for September class I was told in the contract that i signed that I'll be getting an IPad. When classmates brought that up to Brittani and Kaila they told us that they don't do that anymore and just have never taken it out of the contract. 13. Vicky (instructor)has bipolar problems. One minute everything is fine and the next it's a living hell. She has done a lot of things wrong. She shoos away her students when they need help cutting clients hair and tell them to figure it out and walks away, she went and took scissors out of a students hand and chopped off some man's mullet and told the student this is what he wanted, even tho she didn't know what he wanted bc she didn't even talk to him. The student told her that he wanted a mullet and asked the fur if she can use clippers bc she released she messed up. The man said no and she used them anyway. She yells at the students in front of their clients. She starts drama with the students and then talks to other students about other students. 14. Kaila yells at students when they are not in dress code and makes them clock out in change. (The students

Amazing facility in Lewis Center providing great quality service. My stylist was Kaylee who is extremely thorough and talented. We first talked about what I was looking for and settled on a partial highlight with toner to keep it similar to what I already had but just needed some brightening and root touch up. She brought over her supervisor and filled her in on the plan, at that point I received a price quote (so reasonable!) and went through the process with outstanding results. Highly recommend for hair services and would be willing to try other services they offer as well.

Worst hair coloring I have ever received!
Had an 8:30 appt & was there until noon!
I have never been so unhappy with my hair. Bad enough I cried on the way home. You get what you pay for.

DONT COME TO SCHOOL HERE. you will not learn anything about color. you will not learn that much about hair cutting. There is too much drama between the instructors, and honestly the girls they are starting to accept are kinda bratty and talk a lot of shit for no reason. if you want to be used as a cash cow basically, then come on over because brittany does not care about your education, only your payments and the clientele you bring in. a customer sexually harrassed a girl, and she was told to put up with it because he was a client. mind you, he has done this to multiple girls. the rules are always changing, one day you can do one thing and the next, if you piss off britany, suddenly there's a new rule. Also if you come past 9, they will send you home. If you refuse a client, you will get sent home. save your money and go somewhere else. AA * - © Q salon institute
