It is so great to have this niche company so close to Columbus. Also, the owner is super helpful. I needed a few parts for my son's drone and he came out looked up parts and picked them for us. I really appreciated the great service.

i have been buying from this company since 2013 . there customer service is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! nothing beat then in this . i wish they have more fpv product but i am going to try wings and they have plenty of different types. i highly recommend this company.

Within the past 3 weeks, I've place two low dollar orders for Strobon strobe lights for my DJI drones. I received each order 4 days after they were placed online. Both orders were shipped the following day. RMRC provided excellent notification as I received an email that my order was received, when it was shipped and confirmation that my order was delivered. Can't ask for better customer service. Thank you RMRC.

I purchased a stubby TBS antenna. Over two weeks and i still have not received my package nor have i gotten any type of help from them to try and make it better. It seems that once a package has left their facilities then it's on you, YOU FIGURE it out! It will get to you when it gets to you. I have had companies before expedite me a new product until the one lost was found or returned, any help is better than nothing. Anyways buy at your own risk, once you give them your money then it's your fault. I wonder how they would treat you if you had a defective product. Something this small says a lot about a company.
