“I visited the Westerville post office on 260 State street, Westerville. Ohio and sincerely my family and I have had the best service experience ever. Dean and Cindy we so welcoming and genuine and were able to assist us with our daughter’s passport renewal. Namely we had an appointment scheduled at another location, but when we entered that other location we were told that the passport person called in sick, so we drove to the closest location and even though we haven’t had an appointment once they heard that this is our fourth attempt to handle this renewal, Dean took our application, kept our kids and us engaged and was able to submit our application In under 5-7 minutes. Thank you Dean for representing USPS in their best light possible! Because of employees like Dean we will always use the local Westerville branch where we feel welcome and appreciated! Thank you!”

“I have no major complaints, staff are friendly and they are open till 2 on Saturdays which is fantastic. Only wish the parking lot was not so small. During the holidays it can be a bit of a cluster getting in and out of it. Otherwise just make sure you are aware of the traffic light in down town powell and how you cannot turn left at it when navigating to and from this place. Also during the holidays they put bins out to collect packages for drop-off so you dont have to wait in line”

“This post office gets such a bad rap in the reviews. It's a tiny location and has just one, super dedicated worker. I ship my merchandise from here multiple times a week as haven't ever had an issue. I apologized one day because my printed paper label has spread the barcode apart and the nice man Rob had to type all the tracking numbers in manually. He said don't worry about it, its not a big deal. And by the way, have he's allowed to take lunch - and the hours that he does are posted on Google and the front window. It's so much faster than the bigger one further down State Street. Just plan accordingly and it's always fine!”

“You have to go into Meijier and then to customer service department which will be right most side of the store enterance. Once there you will see the USPS Dropbox (refer to the picture ). If the package is prepaid you can simply drop it off and walk away. If you need stamps not sure how you can get it. I saw some review suggestion that they have stamps too. Which I cannot verify.”

“This location closes at 2pm Saturdays, not 3pm!!! Google keeps removing my edit for Saturday hours. I pick up all closeout mail at this post office on Saturday so I can confirm. New hours took effect after covid.”

“I decided to try this post office near work because my local one has horrible customer service. I've been dealing with a delivery issue for over two months, and after speaking with a customer service rep, I was told to come into a post office to get a partial refund. I explained the situation to the manager and showed her the emails from the CSR and she resolved the situation. She stated they are under new management and trying to improve the customer service of this post office. I returned the next day to ship a package and it all went very smoothly.”

“The Delaware Post Office has a mail drop box available anytime, clearly marked in a drive-thru lane around the back of the building.But most of all, it is positioned so you can easily deposit your mail with having to get out of your car. Well done USPS!”

“I needed some stamps for my wedding invitations. Carmen was super helpful explaining that it was a good idea to get them weighed so I knew it had the right postage on them, and showed me the different stamp options that would look nice for invitations. When I came back with the invitations, Brenda was so nice. She explained how much postage it needed & even asked how many I had so we could get the right number of stamps. I don't usually have a lot of mail to send so I really appreciated everyone's patience with my questions. These guys really made my day.”

“Over 6 months ago I had a precious lost package and a gentleman helped me find it. I cannot remember his name but he was thorough and seemed to care! I also recently applied for my passport and Brandy, I believe is her name, was ammmaazzzing. She helped me so much! I was unprepared and she lead me into the right direction! I also applied for expedited processing/shipping. I applied about 3 weeks ago and received it in hand today! Pretty amazed!”

“This is not a retail location. I went there to pick up my held mail. I had my doubts that one ring of the bell would be sufficient for service, but someone did come in a short time. He was very friendly and let me use one of their bins to transport all of my packages to my car, which I really appreciated.”

Saw a lot of bad reviews for this post office and have had a bad experience myself in the past but at least they have a couple competent people now.”
