“Super fast service!! There is usually no line and you get in and out within a few minutes. I almost always take my packages here to be shipped. The only time I will go to the State St. location is if he is closed for lunch.”
“This location closes at 2pm Saturdays, not 3pm!!! Google keeps removing my edit for Saturday hours. I pick up all closeout mail at this post office on Saturday so I can confirm. New hours took effect after covid.”

“I decided to try this post office near work because my local one has horrible customer service. I've been dealing with a delivery issue for over two months, and after speaking with a customer service rep, I was told to come into a post office to get a partial refund. I explained the situation to the manager and showed her the emails from the CSR and she resolved the situation. She stated they are under new management and trying to improve the customer service of this post office. I returned the next day to ship a package and it all went very smoothly.”
“I needed some stamps for my wedding invitations. Carmen was super helpful explaining that it was a good idea to get them weighed so I knew it had the right postage on them, and showed me the different stamp options that would look nice for invitations. When I came back with the invitations, Brenda was so nice. She explained how much postage it needed & even asked how many I had so we could get the right number of stamps. I don't usually have a lot of mail to send so I really appreciated everyone's patience with my questions. These guys really made my day.”

“I never had a problem with Delaware Post Office. I lived in Delaware county 30 years. Individuals are professional in during their job well. They do need a new location; larger building since Delaware is growing. The parking can be very scarce at times. Need more handicap parking.”
“This is not a retail location. I went there to pick up my held mail. I had my doubts that one ring of the bell would be sufficient for service, but someone did come in a short time. He was very friendly and let me use one of their bins to transport all of my packages to my car, which I really appreciated.”

“Excellent service. Had a passport appointment and was exactly on time. There was an issue with my printed passport app, and I was asked to fill it out again and return to the counter, no problem. During that time about a dozen people were helped and the staff member was friendly and able to keep things moving. They did great.”

Saw a lot of bad reviews for this post office and have had a bad experience myself in the past but at least they have a couple competent people now.”
