We love Kindercare Polaris! Our adopted daughter has many friends here and loves her teachers. She is a handful but they manage her quite well. And the food - I could not feed her this healthy at home - it's wonderful! Lots of activities and play time but also educational. Great communication and pleasant staff.

My son has been attending this facility since he was as 3 years old, he is now 5. The staff has been amazing. His teachers in the Pre-K room have helped him to really come out of his shell. When he first started he was nervous to participate in any of the activities, especially the group ones. The teachers were patient and kind with him and now when I drop him off he jumps right in. He has made friends and is a more outgoing kid from when he started. They have always addressed any concerns we have had with care and never made us feel like it wasn’t important or that we were asking too much.I am giving the facility 5-Stars because the staff is filled individuals that you can tell like being around and educating kids. They communicate any issues in a timely manner. I have less worry knowing my child enjoys going to Kindercare. For full transparency I know that this center has had staffing issues in the past which can be irritating for parents but the director of the center has always tried to do right by her staff, the parents and the kids.If you are looking for a new center or just looking at daycare options in general Kindercare is an organization worth a look. The facility here is filled with knowledgeable and experienced staff that are a delight to work with.

Our child has been at kindercare the past year in the kindergarten class and has grown and thrived. They have made huge leaps and bounds in learning as well as handing big emotions. I have had clear communication and see the teachers, director and assistant active in classes as well as responding to any questions or messages. Not sure what the people below are talking about.I recommend this daycare. It has set our child up for success in elementary school.

We have had a positive experience with our little one attending this location for the last year+.Always clean center, very comfortable in speaking with the staff over any concerns.Summer activities & splash days are another fun perk for the littles. We feel comfortable having our child in their care and supervision, which is a huge help for our family.

The center appears to be lacking significantly when it comes to the director. When Darcy was the director things ran smoothly and orderly with both cleanliness, staffing, and communication. The new director does not appear to be multi-tasking effectively in the same ways and could perhaps benefit from some more training. Examples: sitting at her desk on TikTok while short staffed during pickup times, sign in sheets not in the book, serious staffing issues that create constant headaches for scheduling for parents.*previously was posted on wrong center*

There was seldom any crafts or activities for my son’s class. What was promised in the contract is not fulfilled. The facility is very short-staffed and during the time that my son attended, half of the time my son was asked to be picked up to home due to different excuses. Parents in infant class are often asked to register for a limited number of spaces for infant class spots on a very short notice as classrooms are closed due to absence of teachers. So literally what you are paying for is half of their time promised and they let their policy took the blame when they ask you to take your kids home due to a runny nose which was okayed by multiple physician notes. After my son attends another daycare, I finally figured out that other daycare at least have 2-3 fun crafts per week and 3 rounds of book/story reading each day, which we did not have during our time at kinder. One of the teachers, Gabby, was very rude to us, she puts my kid in the dinning chair using extra necessary forces. Maddie, on the other hand, was “nice “ but would send my kid home for multiple reasons that my son’s physician okayed. And one time, she asked us to immediately take our son home even when he is sleeping. The management was ineffective too.We quickly remove our kid from Kinder to another way better day care. During the last two weeks, after we submitted the termination of care notice, kinder did the minimum by not taking any pictures of my son for two weeks, just as they did when Gabby was my son’s care taker. She left my son in the crib often. This is not a loving and nurturing environment for kids.

Apparently racially targeted by daycare for illnesses and sent home multiple times despite repeated notes from physician saying OK to return. WORST daycare ever encountered. Teachers did not act like teachers--they appeared to just kill time and get over the day while earning the benefits of sending their own children there at a discounted rate (that's why the quality is low I guess since they don't care about their own kids either). If you want you young infant to be left in the crib crying to sleep, with no activities for most of the days, rudely picked up using excessive efforts, condescending talking-down kind of communication with parents, this is the perfect place. I wonder why they are still in business since they appear to care so little and promise so much. AVOID IT PLEASE.

They have been wonderful! I was so nervous bringing my premie to a traditional daycare center. The teachers really stepped up! They have been amazing with her. When they saw something they were concerned with they communicated it and worked with us and the Help Me Grow foundation to help her get on track with her peers! When her dietary needs were different from her peers they worked with us to make sure we were on the same page! My daughter is excited to go and they treat her so well! Can’t imagine taking her anywhere else!

We can’t say enough good things! We moved from out of state, and knew what we wanted in a daycare. This embodies everything for us. Communication is amazing. I feel like our son is surrounded by caretakers who really care about him. They keep him active and engaged. I also feel like the center is so clean and they are so proactive about preventing illness, which is so hard with little ones. Truly a great daycare! It’s always hard to leave little ones, but it’s easier knowing he is at a place that takes such good care of him! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend this child care facility! My daughter has been attending Polaris Parkway Kindercare since we moved to Lewis Center when she was a preschooler and now she is in Kindergarten here. My daughter loves her teachers since they are really nice and they do teach kids a lot of things at school. We really appreciate the teachers, staffs here for their great effort and support in the past a few years. They are always friendly to kids/parents with smile, respond quickly to our questions, and provide help as much as they can. Their open schedule during public school closure is a huge huge release for working parents like us. Actually we have recommended it to our friends and some of them already started to attend this school recently.
