Manager Samantha helped me with getting a large parrot play stand in my car and was really helpful. Animal enclosures are the cleanest I’ve ever seen at any pet stores ❤️

If you want to know what it's like behind the scenes, this is the review for you. The owners are some of the nicest people. If they ever come off blunt or straight forward its solely because they want the safety of your dog to be a top priority. There's no purposeful harm of dogs that I've seen here. Everyone is very patient and loving with them. Not only that, but they genuinely seem to care about their employees. I've not once felt like a pawn rather than a person here, and I appreciate that as well. I will say we can't prevent EVERYTHING. If your dog is new to kennel environments or gets stressed easy the risk is your own. We can not prevent a dog from licking his paw too much and causing a hot spot at 2 am when everyones supposed to be sleeping... with that said, though, we do try to prevent anything we can because the safety of your dog is the top priority here. I know I've heard a story before that one of the girls working here told me where there were fireworks and she stayed until 1 am to keep a anxious dog company until the fireworks stopped... I can confidently say if we have to, anyone who works here would be willing to do the best for your dog in that type of situation The facility is very clean, it's cleaned thoroughly twice a day AT LEAST [meaning everything outside is sprayed down and everything inside is disinfected as well while keeping the dogs away from anything harmful] I mean the amount of times I windex the sink in a day is amazing... I personally would feel comfortable bringing my dogs here, and I do. What I've seen here when working has always been for the best interest of your pet, even at their own detriment

127 Green Meadows Dr S #9458, Lewis CenterWe have recently ran into a situation where I needed to have a vet for our dog. We called her vet in Zanesville, and every vet in town. No one was able to work her in. Called McConnelsville, and they were not able. Reached out to family in Marietta and they recommended Dr. Kid. I had to wait for a return call, but Dani (who answered phone) was more than willing to ask if they would be able to squeeze her in. This was despite their already busy scheduled day. When I spoke to Dani, I explained everything to her that had been going on. By the time we got there, my dog had we from being lethargic, seeming almost dead, no appetite, to being back to her self. They assured me I was not crazy and they were still willing to see her. They informed me that we would have a wait which I was totally ok with. I could see they were busy. We actually waited about 2 hrs, and I was debating on leaving, Because my dog was doing so much better, but we made the trip she needed to be seen. Although I thought my dog was back to normal, blood work told us otherwise. I don’t believe that we would’ve had a long visit if it hadn’t been our situation where they were working her in. The staff was more than nice. Everyone seemed very, very caring. And I was at their mercy. Dr. Kidd was very thorough and explaining what was going on. Dani was able to help with more questions. Our girl may have a little road ahead of her. We as a family are more than grateful for their willing to squeeze here in. We got answers and a plan. 100% glad we made the drive to this office. I can’t thank them enough.

1385 Franklin St, Lewis CenterI cannot say enough good things about Rachael and the other trainers at Passion Four Paws! I have an 18 month Shih Tzu that is pretty skittish around people and other dogs, and I was interested in putting him in training to build his confidence and also learn basic obedience skills. I met with Rachael and she suggested that P4P's three-week immersion training would work best for him. I got daily updates on my dog as well as countless pictures and videos of him in training. After two weeks, he had picked up the obedience skills fairly quickly and Rachael thought the best way to continue building his confidence around scary situations would be at home with me. She trained me on how to work with him and we had two follow-up trainings with her including a home visit, which was really helpful. If you're searching for top-notch training for your dog, I strongly recommend reaching out to Rachael at P4P!

705 Radio Dr, Lewis CenterI learned about Sit Means Sit Dog Training through the breeder of my English Cream Golden. She offered me an option to keep my puppy after her first nine weeks and to complete a 6-week course prior to her coming home to me. The class was called the AKC Star Puppy Training Course . During this time, I joined my trainer, my Breeder and my pup Lola. up in the Cleveland Ohio area.
I strongly wanted to build on this training baseline when I brought her home. I found Bill Juenger, owner of the Sit Means Sit in Lewis Center, Ohio. My experience with Bill continues to surpass any expectations that I could have imagined! Lola is an amazing 6 month old pup!! Bill made an assessment/inventory of my expectations for Lola’s behavior and paid attention to further goals that I have for her (like therapy training certification). Lola spent 24 hours/day with Bill for a 16 day period while I was away. Upon my return Bill demonstrated what she learned and her performance brought tears to my eyes. Then Bill proceeded to teach me how to engage Lola and provide her with experiences to become proficient in her obedience.
With continued repetitive practice at my home, Lola, my husband and I are having fun and becoming a united team!
Bill has given me all the encouragement, support and …. Necessary to become competent in handling Lola during most instances where some undesirable behaviors arise (counter surfing).
Bill has provided us with the tools to become confident and proficient to continue Lola’s ability to learn desirable behaviors (yard borders, not jumping on people, placing when guests arrive, proper walking skills amongst distractions). At the end of a session,
Bill encourages me to call with any needs that we may have in our journey/quest to an obedient, fun, and loving dog!
I highly recommend Bill Juenger to train any dog with any problem you may be experiencing! He is truly an excellent trainer!!
He really listens and “away you go!”

55 Green Meadows Dr S, Lewis CenterI’ve been bringing my bulldog Daisy here for 2 years now. They have made my standards for doggy daycare / boarding so high that I couldn’t leave even if I wanted to, LOL!!
I used to get so much anxiety whenever I had to board Daisy , but now when I leave for a weekend or go on vacation I can actually enjoy myself because I know she is well taken care of.
The staff is also amazing and truly LOVES all of the dogs they care for.
Selfishly i’m hoping they don’t grow TOO big so there’s always room for Daisy ?
