Aldina is simply the best! My experience in her chair was a 11/10. I showed her one picture and she understood the assignment to say the least. This was my first time meeting her but I felt like I could trust her and was confident in her abilities just by speaking with her. She really knows her stuff. Highly recommend

I received the worst hair cut of my life. I asked for a bob. The stylist did the equivalent of taking hair in a ponytail and cutting it off. She asked if the length was okay, and I said yes. I assumed she would continue cleaning up. She did not. I have to admit, I was in shock and did not realize she considered her work done until she lead me to the counter to pay. I’ve had to book at another place to try to salvage the work. The hair is hanging at strangely different lengths in the meantime.

I am very particular about my hair cuts and I have had a very hard time finding someone I am comfortable with. Through a recommendation from my friend I ended up getting a haircut by Aldina. My experience was more than I could of asked for, she walked me by my haircut step by step while maintaining a good conversation. I highly suggest you book with Aldina if u are in the search of a new hair stylist, she makes it impossible to end up with a cut you don’t like.

Salon management is terrible.
Aldina was so sweet, but that does NOT excuse the terrible job she did on my hair. After 4+ hours, I left with orange hair.
I was also charged $75 more than what I had booked online. Online cost said $195, I paid $265. When I mentioned I was not made aware of the up charge, I was told it was due to extra product being used & the time it took to blow dry my hair... What?! Might I mention, my stylist was TOTALLY overbooked. She actually stopped mid blow dry to go take a consult with another client.
She also left me in the washing bowl for 45 mins. My head went numb multiple times bc she never came back. She did give me complimentary hair mask but I realized it was just so she could go service other clients. I would have said no if I knew how long I’d be sitting there.
The worst part was the orange hair. I mentioned at the beginning of my appointment that I wanted to keep my dark grown in roots & ASHY blonde was a must for me (showed her the photo below for reference of what I wanted). I hate gold tones in my hair, but I ended up leaving with ORANGE hair and my brown roots were practically gone.
I told management I was not happy with my service and also I was NOT told about the $75 up charge to my appointment. They scheduled me a redo appointment but it wasn’t going to work. I had family photos scheduled for this weekend. They had no availability before then and I didn’t trust them to do my hair again. I had to go to an old stylist I trusted to do an emergency hair fix before family photos.
They did tell me I could get a partial refund since I was not told of the up charges, so I called to confirm I would received the refund two days later. While on the phone, I was told I couldn’t get the refund because no one has ever complained about the stylist I had & basically that I was lying. So I’ll just have to post what actually happened & proof of my orange hair. The first photo is what I wanted verse what I got.
I would not recommend going here! No respect for clients time OR money.

Stylist: This was my first time seeing Aldina who I picked based on the many positive reviews I read about her here. I can happily confirm that she is just as wonderful as the other reviewers claimed. She is sweet, attentive and very thorough in her explanations. She made me feel comfortable and well cared for by talking me through everything she was doing, showing me the progress, and asking for confirmation before moving forward. She also recommended products to me but didn't make me feel pressured to have to buy them (I did anyway though!). I feel so lucky to have found her and already booked my next appointment.

WOW! This place is absolutely amazing! Jazmine took such good care of me and went above and beyond! I got a lived in balayage (I didn’t even know what that was but it was exactly what I wanted). She helped me figure out what would be best suiting for my hair as I wanted something fresh but low maintenance. I’m a blonde girly so it was nice to still have that blended in with my roots.
The environment of this salon is incredible as well. Debbie Penzone also made an appearance and it was nice to see how interactive she is with the stylists as well as the guests. Everybody makes you feel welcomed and as if you belong! I will definitely be returning and seeing Jazmine :)

[email protected] is amazing! She worked wonders correcting a bad balayage from another location. I was blown away by the whole experience. She’s professional, thoughtful with the color selection process and has my hair feeling amazing despite being processed two days in a row. Grateful for her knowledge!

Hello! Aldina did such an amazing job with my hair and gave me products to make my hair look healthy and add some length! after a few months of using the products, this is my before and after! she is absolutely amazing! the last picture was my hair when I got it done?! it is crazy! i also love that she was so sweet and did whatever she needed to do to make sure I was comfortable and happy!

The other reviews don't lie...Aldina is AMAZING! She's super sweet and gave me the exact haircut I had envisioned! I've also wanted to maybe try getting some color put in and she gave me great advice on what to do (which I will hopefully be going back to her for eventually!). I found her based on other great reviews, and they are spot on with how great she is!

It is beautiful inside! They offer a coffee bar as well as a wine and drinks bar. Check in is super easy on the iPad. The waiting area is equipped with comfortable seating and beauty products to peruse. I booked an Ayurveda massage with Rhonda. She found knots and spots that I didn’t even realize were there and got rid of them! Very relaxing atmosphere. I used a gift card with no problem.. I was worried due to some of the reviews but I ran into zero issues. Very pleased overall!! ?

I saw Aldina today for a balayage and cut and she did amazing! she talked me through every step and then some to ensure she was able to provide me with what I wanted. she made me feel beautiful and made my hair even better than I could have imagined! book with Aldina if you get the chance, you will not regret it!

Aldina has been such a blessing!! I came to her today with many hair concerns like color, extension maintenance, and more and she completely exceeded my expectations. She delivers amazing customer service and awesome results while making sure you’re comfortable! Highly recommend booking her, she does outstanding work. Below is my before & after.

This was my first time at Penzone, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere and service is amazing! I highly recommend Aldina, she brought my hair back to life after losing a ton of it postpartum. She did such an amazing job and my color has never looked better.

Been going here for years and usually a good experience. Had an appt. for color and cut today. She hurriedly slapped the color on, left me processing for an hour and left color all over my hairline and back of my neck. I told her not to dry it since I needed to leave. I was charged full price $92 even though it wasn't dried or styled
