I never make reviews, but this time I feel it’s needed, I usually go to blue sky for car washes, and for $20 it really doesn’t do too much, but I settled, decided to try ninja express’s wash (samurai), x10 better and worth it, some staff will first manually clean your car before sending it through which, after it all they’ll hand dry it a bit after, car came out looking so much better than it ever did at blue sky, puts them to shame; you really get your moneys worth here, same thing with their interior detailing. Did that a while ago and was very impressed with the results.

Had a FANTASTIC experience this afternoon.
The cash machine wasn’t working properly, and Pat came out to assist. He literally RAN to get the issue resolved. He is extremely professional, and I really appreciate all that he assisted with.

It's hard to find a car wash that will clean the back of a higher profile SUV but this one does. The employees also do a spray prep and towel dry to give it that extra clean!

I got the Black Tie detail for my daughter’s car that has suffered several years of neglect. In three hours it was like having a new car again (if you ignore the dents and broken bumper). The interior was spotless and smelled great. They cleaned the engine bay too! I did need to go after the plastic trim on the outside with some Maguire’s but overall I am very happy with the results.

Did the White tie detail and let me tell you. NOT disappointed!! Smelled and looked very clean. Only thing I DISLIKE is they put some coating on my floor mats and made them SUPERRRR SLIPPERY. I can see it being a hazard if you are not careful.

This was really disgraceful, I took my car in a month or two ago to have it cleaned, and immediately after I found dead flies under the back windshield, french fries under the seats, multiple compartments not cleaned out at all, spots all over the leather even though I specifically requested the leather treatment, I just haven't had time to sit down and post a review. This was the absolute worst detailing I have ever seen, and I deeply regret leaving a big tip before checking.
UPDATE
I wanted to give an update after I went in and detailed my car over the course of three days to clean up after the next-level terrible job they did here. I am now convinced they literally didn't clean my car AT ALL, just parked it in the back for 5 hours, then ran it through the car wash. Not one surface was cleaned! AVOID THIS DUMP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I never had my vehicle too before. I was a little nervous about service. However, after seeing how great the car looked, I'm looking to detail every year. Ninja Express did a fantastic job On my vehicle.

Got my car detailed on June 14, 2024 and I would say it was average service. A little bit less clean than I expected it to be but still a good improvement and worth a shot. I told the front desk employee that I was mostly concerned about the seats and the floor/seat tracks, and asked if they could remove service stickers from the previous owner that were on the windshield.
When I got it back it was pretty clean and smelled a lot better but more attention could have been paid overall. The stickers I asked them to remove were still there upon pickup, and the inside windshield still had residue on it in various spots. The seams on the passenger seat appeared untouched as they are still brown (I have black cloth seats), but the rest of the seats looked good. There was also some kind if gray paint or cleaning compound on the exterior front door and wheel area that at first appeared as a very bad scratch but thankfully rubbed off when I inspected closer. A couole greasy fingerpeints on the passenger side door too.
For a 2013 car that had never been detailed (to my knowledge) it was certainly an improvement but there could have been more attention to detail overall. Only got an interior detail ($214) so I did not expect the exterior to be cleaned, but it would have been useful to take it throug their car wash once and bring my own supplies to clean the outside glass. I would reccommend this service but dont expect your car to look 100% brand new, especially if it is an older car.

Been trying to come here to utilize the “express detail” service- for 2 years now. Everytime I go they are understaffed or unavailable to offer me service. Today I went and the lady at the desk told me it was first come first serve but someone called and was coming in so the guy in charge came out and told me they couldn’t accomodate me. No coupon on a future service, no free trip through the automatic wash just a sorry for your luck. Why offer a service if it can’t be completed? And the one time I did go through the automatic wash I had to go through a second time because the soap wasn’t properly rinsed.
