Had a fantastic experience here today. I screwed up and ordered the wrong oil online (5w-20) and when I came in, I noticed it. Pat was a HUGE help. Not only did he check to see if they had my 0w-16, but he made sure my vehicle accepted it just as a precaution. It was looking like there wasn’t any, but he searched high and low and found exactly what I needed. Way to go Pat, thank you!

This is my third and last time purchasing anything in this store. I walked in and three men just looked at me and said nothing. 10 am in the morning. No greeting, no may I help you find something. Just looking stupid. I found what I needed and then a MAN walks in and they say " Hi sir, how can we help you?" So...they are capable of greeting customers and asking if they need help you just have to be a certain type of customer. Got it.

I needed rear struts for my car. Before coming in I looked online, and the website said 3 different brands were available at this location. The person at the counter quickly said they did not have any, and that the website was wrong. They did not offer to check if they had the parts. This was my first time into a NAPA store and probably my last.

I have a 2017 subaru impreza that needed new wipers. I go to Advanced Autoparts in powell and the gentleman was like, "Sorry you'll have to go to the dealership, they make a special version only."Clearly the guy didn't know what he was talking about because I've bought wipers before.When I. went to Napa, the gentleman there could see I needed helped, helped look up the correct size of the wipers, and helped me install them. This was a gentleman who was knowledgeable and helpful (around 12pm thursday 4/20).

Not helpful trying to find a product that would work for my vehicle. Just needed steering wheel fluid for my car. Their computer referenced manufacture brand but the employee wouldn't even get out of their seat to assist and see what was available, poor customer service. Went to competitor and they found what I needed in less than a minute.

HOURS INCORRECT ON NAPA’S WEBSITE AND GOOGLE!!Writing a review on 8/22, the fact that hours changed 12/21 and Napa can’t be bothered to update their own website or Google in all that time shows a complete lack of respect for the customers time, will shop elsewhere after wasting a day waiting for promised parts.

SUPER FRUSTRATED to check the closing time online, and see it was just confirmed 1 week ago, but when I get there, see a sign on the door that hours were changed LAST DECEMBER (2021!!) Thanks for making sure I couldn't possibly make it to another store actually open until 7 pm to get the part I needed tonight!! Fix your hours posted!!!Update: NAPA, thanks for the response.....how about FIX YOUR HOURS POSTED ON GOOGLE????
