Had a crazy light fixture project on 16' vaulted ceilings we could not handle ourselves. My Handyman came out the following week after calling, hung all of our new lights and ceiling fan, and they even hauled away my old lighting and boxes!! Highly recommend, especially because they do EVERYTHING. Anything you need, try them first!

Bun & Lulu from the team of Columbus Handyman, did a wonderful job on my plumbing!\nIt was professional, on time, quick, curious, and a good value.\nRemarkable job from this crew!\nThe last time I had a plumber come in they wanted to upsell me and redo all of my plumbing lines, and I really just wanted one little project done so I could move forward with others. There was absolutely no fuss with this crew, just straight forward help!\nHands down, I would use them again for a repair service.

Started attempting to work with them last week. Called and got voicemail 3 times on different days with no response. In their voicemail they tell you to go to their website to request service. I did that and a week later, no response via phone or email. I even tried doing a quote through yelp's messenger and no response.Bottom line, if it's this hard to get them to do a job your paying for; how hard will it be if there are any problems with any job they do.

Sent the owner Trey an email at his email address re: half bath and hall bath work last summer. With Covid and my mother's illness (she passed away) it was a year before I contacted him again. Sent details as requested previously. Waited 3 days and no response. So I called and the message said use website. I filled out another request. No response. Five days later and called and left vm. Waited 4 days and no response. Called about 4::45p (website said they close at 5p) and the phone picked up and after a few seconds was HUNG UP. So, went to FB and left message inquiring if they're still in business. NO RESPONSE. Used them twice before and had Bill and Emerson and they were great! Although they always seem to have someone new and the previous employees have left the company. No idea what's up with them now or if still in business. REALLY disappointing.UPDATE: Trey called and we set up appt. w/ Richard. He had surgery and was out for a while. Richard came on time and installed about 15 pictures/paintings and some towel bars. Everything went fine.Service: General repairs

Emmerson from My Handyman completed a repair on damaged siding and wood on the exterior of my chimney. A section of siding had blown off my chimney and there was damage to the wood underneath from weather. I called several handyman and siding services who weren't willing to complete the job for various reasons. When I contacted My Handyman, they responded the same day and scheduled the work quickly. Emmerson was punctual, thorough, worked quickly, and explained the final for invoice in detail. I've already recommended My Handyman to my neighbors, friends, and parents. I will definitely be using their services again.

I wanted porch railing put in our front porch and rear deck. The job was scheduled within the time I asked for. The person for the job arrived early which was great! He was very particular Abdul the railing on both sets of stairs looks fantastic! Thanks My Handyman!

The handymen are good, but good luck getting the scheduling manager, Trey Curran, to call you back. He has horrible communication skills. Definitely do NOT recommend. I have used them twice and both times it was like having a root canal then pulling the tooth after, just to get him to contact you. This last time Richard was scheduled at 5pm for an estimate, no call no show then texted Trey, no response.

We have used My Handyman two times, after having used other general contractors in the past My Handyman was a breath of fresh air. In 2018 they remolded our Downstairs Bathroom and put uniform flooring throughout the 1st floor. When it was time to remodel our kitchen I didn't even hesitate to call them again. Both times they were extremely helpful in choosing appropriate materials and were fairly priced. All of the workers I have come in contact with have been beyond polite and professional. They have maintained their timelines and if they went beyond they made sure to clearly communicate what was going on. Before they left each day they cleaned up after themselves and told us when they would be back. Both times I have been very pleased with the results. I will be using them again in the future.

Great work! I liked being able to put in my request online. Trey got in touch after the initial request to set up a date for the work to be done. Richard did a fantastic job with the bathroom “mini-renovation”! He was ON TIME, professional and knowledgeable. Everything took a couple of days and cost approximately $900. I would hire them again for EVERYTHING I need repaired or replaced around my house! Totally happy with them!

When I first requested an appointment, they had a long waiting list (which I understood). I was willing to wait a full month to have them complete the services. However, after our slotted time window passed, I had to call and see why no one came. They apologized, said that the person was running behind, and would need to bump us to a full week from now. After already waiting a month, I can't chance us getting "bumped" again another week. While they are very polite to speak with, don't count on them keeping their commitment.

I was referred to this company by our house inspector. After moving into this house there were several things- a whole list- that we needed to be done. I called, scheduled the service, and Richard came to our home. He worked very hard and was able to do ALL the items on our list including installing bird feeder hooks, changing shower head, tightening screws on tables, etc. Thank you Richard, for a job well done!Service: General repairs
