very slow to respond to request for a bid. when bid was provided I was told I could get my items after noon the following day. the following day I was told, no, it is a 1-2 day turnaround time. this is for 50 brochures. not a large order. I was only told that they got very busy. after I had paid.

I called the store and asked them if they have printer to print from my email and they responded YES. I told them that im in hurry and on my way they said no problem. After I arrived I was told that they are busy and they can't do it. So disappointed and horrible service.
