Rick is AMAZING! He’s not only friendly but very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help. I give Rick 5 stars! Unfortunately I have not had the same experience with the other pharmacist's.

I just wanted to say, Rick is the most awesome pharmacist ever! He is so caring and definitely went the extra mile. My daughter’s Dr at the urgent care sent over a Rx for an antibiotic at 8pm. I received a phone call when we were leaving the dr and it was Rick. He was asking us if we wanted to come by and grab the meds since it was antibiotic and he would hang around and wait for us. They closed at 8pm! He did not have to do that but I do very much appreciate it. He was so kind! Thank you so much Rick!

This is our go to pharmacy now (since Kroger shut down their drive thru). The inside line here moves fairly quickly and they seem to usually have enough staff. The drive thru is very slow. I think people drop off or pickup and maybe have a lot of questions for the pharmacist or don't have insurance working or something. Every time I get behind a car or two in line that takes forever. Rick the pharmacist is the nicest guy you will ever meet and addresses us by name and asks about our spouse or other family that he remembers. There is a lady pharmacist that is nice too, but another lady that often seems bothered to have to answer a questions.When you are sick and need a medicine immediately, they will make it a priority and have it filled instantly upon receiving it (usually before you can even drive there from the doctor or hospital). Regular monthly meds are usually the next day (but you can request them for a sooner refill also).We also get Flu and Covid vaccines here. It is easy to schedule appointments on line and fill out paperwork online too. They are always very nice but usually running 15-30 minutes behind. There are some techs here that are really nice and some that just seem to want to do meds but not really engage with the customer.The downfall of this pharmacy is their app. It tells you meds are being filled (and have been filled) even when they are not in stock (although you will get a message to call the pharmacy). It will also show a med is refilled when it is a new RX for a current med sent in by the doctor (even though you aren't ready to pick it up yet or still have previous RX refills to go through before starting the new one). It will continuously show the fill date as the date the doctor sent it over and you have to remember to click on the meds history to see if you actually filled it yet or not (which also messes up the remaining refill count). Their app needs seriously fixed and I could image would deter some people from using the Meijer pharmacy.

Don’t bother going to this location if you don’t have to. I don’t think I’ve ever been to pick up prescriptions without there being an issue every time. Or, they’ll say your prescription is ready or tell you to wait in the store for 30 minutes just for them to say that the prescription won’t be in until another day. And nobody ever bothers to let you know this either. It’s not hard to call someone if you have a question or if something is changed from what you told them. The delaware meijer pharmacy is a much better option than this location

This is three times now within the past 6 months I have had the most excellent experience at this Meyer due to their pharmaceutical staff. Today Lori S . offered outstanding customer service, I cannot express my gratitude enough to this location/pharmacy.

I've been going to this Pharmacy for years, I have been a loyal Meijer shopper my entire life, and even worked for them. I have been on a 30 pill prescription for over 3 years filling through this location and when I ran out, I put in the refill order through the app. After days of it not being refilled, I called and they said I wasn't eligible for another refill for days. When I said how is that possible they said it was based on when I picked up the last bottle. On the label it shows I picked up the last bottle 42 days ago, so then I get the real story, which is that they just don't have it in stock. In the meantime, I've gone days without my medication... thankfully missing a dose isn't fatal, but it does make it harder to function.

I've been getting my prescriptions at Meijer for years and have never a problem. I like that they will automatically fill your script every month and let you know when it's ready. The drive thru is convenient. And they remembered me with some special treats on Mother's Day!

I dread every time I had to go to this location. Four out of five times there would be rude pharmacists (except gentleman with the beard) and/or rude technicians. Drive through is the worst since staff are slow and apparently they can’t hear over the cars. This visit we left the drive through and came in the store because the tech kept asking the same questions over and over and we kept answering over and over. The pharmacist who took the register has been rude to me on at least two other occasions but still did not recognize me. She was icy and hateful as usual. I am glad my refills are up. This place is run down and sad, and I am glad I never have to go there again.

App is glitchy and doesn't refill medications. Was basically called a liar in the drive thru by the pharmacist after the app didn't refill my medication. I shouldn't have to show a text message as proof. I shouldn't have to submit it 3x and of course now it's out of stock and it's for pain. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have now been without it for four days.

My cat was diagnosed with cancer, but given a chance to fight it if we started medication asap. Our vet sent us to this pharmacy promising they'd fill it. Some places won't fill prescriptions for pets. Well they'd fill it, but it'll take 2 weeks cause it's "special" my vet was flabbergasted when we told them. They've "never had problems" with Meijer pharmacy. They just called. A week sooner than they said, but not soon enough. The day after we had to put my 15 year buddy down. My wife explains over the phone that it's no longer needed because he was put to rest. The lady on the other end of the line responds with "oh so you don't want the medicine anymore?" Needless to say we will never use or recommend this place again.

Lady on the phone was very short with me about getting a refill for my meds and hung up without saying anything, not a huge dealto me but could have impacted someone else who was already having a rough day.

I'm grateful that they actually care here. People who are dispensing medications should all care as much as the folks at this Lewis Center Meijer. Here or there I've had issues with insurance or a doctor and they've always helped with it and made sure I got me and my family's meds. My family also got our Covid vaccines here and we are happy with the care they took.
