Have tried calling for 3 weeks

This used to be a great business. They were one of the few full-service car washes around, meaning you could get your interior glass and carpet cleaned. They stopped that a few years ago, which made them no different than the other washes so I cancelled my monthly membership and now use washes along my typical driving paths. No biggie and it's not the reason for this review.
Mike is one of the best window tinters I have ever hired. He tinted two prior vehicles for me so when I bought my new car I called MCB. And then I called again. And again. I left messages with employees and on voicemail. No one ever returned my calls. It was irritating, but I knew once I finally got ahold of Mike the work would be outstanding.
Yesterday I called again after another week of waiting for a return call and Mike answered the phone. I told him I was a repeat customer and was happy to talk with him. I told him I was starting to get pissed about the terrible communication (which used to never be a problem) and he said something about being closed, that he didn't like the way I talked to him, and then just hung up. He must have assumed I was cursing at him, but he never gave me a chance.
Perhaps he was having a bad day, stressed about something, or misunderstood that I was a repeat customer.
As a business owner myself, it pains me to leave a review like this. But after nearly 10 years of great service, I guess Mike either has all the business he can stand or something else is going on.

This place was really good, and I referred many people. The last 2 out of 3 times under the seats were not cleaned.

I work for a foster care agency, and we occasionally have to transport kids on long drives. Our minivan was absolutely disgusting and desperately needed deep-cleaned. After only about 3 hours, the van was SPOTLESS. It looked brand new, and all those mystery stains and smells were completely gone! All the upholstery in the van was a completely different color when they were done! I wish we had better “before” pictures, but you can definitely tell the color difference! I can’t express how happy we are with the results. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!!
