You get a private experience, Ben will ask how you sleep, what your common pain points/troubles are, hand you a pillow that works best for what side you sleep on, check your spine alignment to make sure the mattress is properly supporting you, and will make suggestions on what mattress to try next.He has latex options, hybrid options, pocketed coil options, eurotop options so you can try them all.It's been a few weeks and thanks to the new mattress and pillows, we've had no more neck/shoulder/side pain or soreness at all! We actually went to a hotel recently and missed our new bed and pillows.And let me tell you, I googled the mattress we bought and the price online directly from the manufacturer was double the price offered by CBUS mattress.We will be back for all our mattress needs from here on out. “This is now my go to place if I need a mattress. Both mattresses I’ve purchased there were actually manufactured a couple of days before I picked them up and in Columbus. I really like that they are locally made and made well. The salesman was knowledgeable and did not pressure at all. Better yet, the price is the price. They don’t mark them up to mark them down.”

“My wife and I had the most amazing experience today at American Freight in Delaware. We’ve been looking for an affordable couch for weeks. I saw a few that I was interested in on American Freight’s website, so we decided to go in. First I stopped at the Morse Rd location. It was an absolute nightmare. The manager was rude and every single employee treated us like a burden that they didn’t have time for. And this was for a multi-thousand dollar transaction.Fast forward to an hour later…I really wanted to see this couch, so I decided to give American Freight one more chance and I headed to Delaware. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile by a salesman named Matt. Matt went out of his way to show me the couch that I was looking for and also some alternatives just to make sure that I got the right piece of furniture for me. Shortly afterwards, he was joined by another employee named Brandon. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.Matt and Brandon helped us every step of the way in getting financing and even though we ran into a couple of roadblocks, they took 45 minutes of their time to make phone calls to help us make it happen. They have magnetic personalities and made my wife and I feel like we had known them for years. They happily loaded our couch/loveseat so we didn’t have to lift a finger, and they did so with great care. And on top of all that, when I went outside, my battery was dead in my truck. Brandon gave us a jumpstart with his own jumper cables. These guys are absolute class acts and I will highly recommend American Freight to anyone that asks. Just do yourself a favor and Skip the Morse Rd location. They nearly made us give up on the company. I’m very glad we decided to make the trip to Delaware because we will be buying all of our furniture from American Freight for as long as these guys work there. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!! We love the couch/loveseat!”

“We have owned a refrigerator for about a month. We purchased an extended warranty as well. Unfortunately, we had a tech come look at the fridge today because it stopped cooling. We were told that we have to unplug the fridge for 3-4 days to allow a buildup of ice melt. We have no other refrigerator or freezer. It states under the extended warranty that food loss is covered. I was told today that because it's still under the manufacturer warranty the extended warranty does not apply. I called both AF and whirlpool and nobody is willing to reimburse us for food loss or offer a loaner. This will be our last purchase from AF!I am editing my review: I decided to call Assurant and they filed a claim for me. I was frustrated as I contacted AF corporate and was told food loss was not covered but thankfully it is. We really do love this location, especially Thomas!”

We are two young people who don’t know anything about mattress shopping and the salesperson helped us find a really nice mattress within our budget without trying to force a sale. She also helped strap the mattress to our car! Loved supporting this local business and would choose it again over any chain mattress retailer. Plus we got a super nice mattress for a fraction of what if would have been anywhere else.”
