“My sons phone was broken by apple while fixing the problem we originally went in for. They informed us at 7:50 we had to run up to T-mobile to get service on the new one. They close at 8. We walked in and worked with Matthew. Not only did he happily do this for us. He put on a screen protector for me. He was kind, he stayed late & was very awesome. They've earned my business.”

“I really like these guys. It's so hard to get decent internet out in the country, and they provide the best return on investment. On their network we run smart home devices, stream movies, and listen to music. Sometimes the service goes down, but I have always been happy with their customer service and resolution timeframes. “I visited the store right at opening, was greeted immediately by Juan, and what an absolute bang up job he did in helping me. I had purchased an S24 ultra, the order had been totally botched by Verizon. It was a pre order, promised to me by 8 pm same day for a 15.00 charge. Didn't see the phone for 5 more days, order wasn't as promised. I walked in with the new phone still sealed in the shipped box in case I wanted to cancel it. Juan saved the day, was so professional and just a solid person. Great customer service skills. He's going places.”

“I was happy to receive help from Zak K. at this Delaware location. I was frustrated by spending multiple hours on the phone with Verizon being transferred multiple times. My time is valuable. Zak was friendly, patient, professional, calm, knowledgeable, caring and competent. He treated those around him with respect as well as those on the phone from Verizon. He was able to complete multiple transactions for me and I headed back to the store once again after running into complications via phone with Verizon. It took some time, but Zak was dedicated to the customer experience and accomplished what I needed.I am not a person to write reviews but feel the service I received deserves to be acknowledged. It was also appreciated that the busy store was clean and the other staff members were all very friendly as well.”

“I came here today to pick-up a router and modem. When I first came in there were already 5 people waiting to get assistance. 25 minutes later I was assisted by Ms. Alivia who explained the instructions on how to get everything up. I don’t give this place a 5 star review because i think that the waiting time could be shorter, as well as some more training since some staff members seemed like they needed help more than usual. Other than that, great customer service.”

That's a Total nightmare, being switched to numerous reps who eventually fail to correctly convey down the chain the info requested by the customer. In my case it took 4 service technicians over a 2 day period to deliver a portion of what my wife requested, through no fault of the tech. Failure to communicate!!!”
