“I received a message on my phone for an in store upgrade offer. After calling multiple stores Hamed was the only one to do that offer. I got the iPhone 15 with otterbox and screen protector for $250. Upgrading was easy and smooth. Definitely recommend coming here as your home boost store. Great customer service!”

“Our internet has been really slow. We went to the Marion, Ohio store and didn't like what we were told. So, we headed to the Delaware Houk Rd store. Sean was very helpful and set us up with a new modem. He was very nice and informative. It's a further drive for us but worth it for the great service!”

On their network we run smart home devices, stream movies, and listen to music. Sometimes the service goes down, but I have always been happy with their customer service and resolution timeframes. I would recommend them.”

“I visited the store right at opening, was greeted immediately by Juan, and what an absolute bang up job he did in helping me. I had purchased an S24 ultra, the order had been totally botched by Verizon. It was a pre order, promised to me by 8 pm same day for a 15.00 charge. Didn't see the phone for 5 more days, order wasn't as promised. I walked in with the new phone still sealed in the shipped box in case I wanted to cancel it. Juan saved the day, was so professional and just a solid person. Great customer service skills. He's going places.”

“I was happy to receive help from Zak K. at this Delaware location. I was frustrated by spending multiple hours on the phone with Verizon being transferred multiple times. My time is valuable. Zak was friendly, patient, professional, calm, knowledgeable, caring and competent. He treated those around him with respect as well as those on the phone from Verizon. He was able to complete multiple transactions for me and I headed back to the store once again after running into complications via phone with Verizon. It took some time, but Zak was dedicated to the customer experience and accomplished what I needed.I am not a person to write reviews but feel the service I received deserves to be acknowledged. It was also appreciated that the busy store was clean and the other staff members were all very friendly as well.”

“Giving Breezeline a try. So far no issues. My internet is pushing over 1000mbps. That is enough for Roblox, Coding, Minecraft, Game Development, Roku and a couple 75+ inch televisions blasting Titipo, Cocomelon and Bluey. Any major issues that cannot be resolved amicably and I am going back to Spectrum. But not bad so far.”
