“Went here three days ago to grab some brushes and canvases as a gift for my mom. We are frequent shoppers at Michaels. This time I was solo. A very nice store associate helped me find what I wanted, but when I left the store I took the canvases but not the brushes. I LEFT THEM ON THE COUNTER. UGH. I didn't realize it until today, the 23rd, two days before Christmas when I went to get the gifts out my car to wrap that I didn't have the brushes. When I returned to the store I told them I think I left them at the store thinking there's no chance and I'd have to buy more, but the store associate saved them and put a note on them to save for when I return. Thank you for saving me from having to buy them again. This kindness really got me in the holiday spirit.Much love,Adam”
“Dan is literally the man, I wrecked my Kraton 6s pretty good, he had it fixed, upgraded and ready in less than 2 days. Dan including all the staff are all a joy to deal with, very helpful and welcoming. The best part is they don’t try or upsell or promote stuff you’re not into, they are there for your needs…period.
