“The employees here are always amazing they're always friendly and love it when we bring the dogs. I had lifting restrictions the last visit and the girls greeted me as soon as I walked in I explained my situation and they didn't hesitate to help she went to the pet section with me grabbed the 40lb bag of dog food put in my cart rang me out and then went and put in the car for me. Unfortunately I didn't get her name so can't praise her personally but me and the dogs thank you so much for your help.”

It would be a 5* place if they didn’t shove the warranties and loyalty programs down you throat every time you visit. They used to have amazing coupons without membership. Times have changed.”

“I like their rewards system so I tend to try to find whatever I’m looking for here first. They send coupons to my house and in my email each month. When I shop in store or pickup in store they always give me more coupons to use later. I like that I can shop online and do same day pick ups. I think they do curbside pickup too where they bring your things to them if you call them and let them know you’re there. I pick up in store though. They will help carry things to your car and if you have bulky things then they insist on helping which is kind. I wish they carried more gardening things sometimes and wish their shipping fees on non-heavy items were better. I like that I can look for things I want and see if they’re sold at other stores in my area if my closest store doesn’t carry it.”

“Went to Lowes to get some dirt and grass seed. They always have what I need. I was going to get a couple of bins for my Craftsman shelves, when I noticed another brand called Commander. The Commander shelf unit was the same quality and price as the Craftsman, but it was wider. You could put two large bins next to each other vs only one on the Craftsman. The bins for the Commander shelf were longer than the Craftsman ones and were seven dollars cheaper. The only difference was that they did not have locking handles for the lids. The next shelf that I buy will be the Commander.”

I walked in and was greeted by Nick and Shana. I explained I was not very good at DIY but what I needed. Nick was very patient and worked with me on trying to find a solution. Then I went back home to get one of the shelfs so we could compare properly. Upon return Shana also suggested some plastic liner that I would need to cut.. bottom line I took it and I did use it on 1 shelf. They were extremely helpful and professional. “Employees are very knowledgeable and obviously have years of experience DIYing around the home. We have had some projects we weren't exactly sure how to execute. Went into Home Depot and the employees there pointed us in the right direction. They will open packages of screws to see if the fit is right for the piece we brought in. If you don't have the item, they will encourage you to buy several sizes and just return what doesn't work, even if the package is open. It's great, because you aren't risking buying the wrong ones and getting stuck with them.”

Blair picked up on the fact that I was lost and was so kind and understanding to my plight. Richard also asked all kinds of excellent questions to try to get to the bottom of the issue as well (although I didn’t have many great answers which was not at all his fault.). Both of them were extremely helpful and even though I wasn’t able to find the screw I needed, I will absolutely be returning to this Home Depot in particular due to the kindness shown to me by these two associates. I can’t tell you how appreciative I was of the lack of judgement and willingness to help me. Thank you Blair and Richard so much!!”
