We have an internal unit between 118 and 163...there is no lighting, and no door handle to enter the building...I know service sucks everywhere these days,..but when a substantial dollar amount is paid for renting a unit....MAYBE, just maybe ..show some initiative and pride in your property...and fix the issues...pleeeeease?

Very outdated and there’s hardly ever anyone on site. The staff has been very pleasant anytime I contacted them. Recently I have noticed the gate is almost always open even late at night so it doesn’t seem very secure. Overall I didn’t find that it was worth the price I was paying each month. Uhaul storage was much more secure, modern and reliable for around the same price.

Since under new ownership NO LONGER 24-7 access. Can only access 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.! Not sure what contractors will want to rent spaces from this company. Security is a joke, the front gate has been broken for 2 months now. Only allow one vehicle or trailer even if you rent a 40 ft space this place is a joke.

New hours are ridiculous. 9am-6pm. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I can access MY belongings when I need to. Do not rent here.

Been here a few months. Generally okay with the service but the new hours are ridiculous. At least open a little earlier or stay a little later to accomodate those of us who work during the day.Also, there are major potholes in the driveway up to the gate; really need to get fixed before someone's vehicle gets damaged.

We have been long term tenants at this location, formerly known as Great Value Storage. Our truck’s catalytic converter ( along with 5 other nearby parked vehicles) was stolen. Last month my trailer was broken into (lock mechanism damaged) and stocks were stolen. Came back the next day to find my trailer broken into a second time, this time more stocks stolen and the person most definitely had a get away vehicle based on the volume stolen. We reported the theft every time this happened to the manager who replied “that is why you have insurance”.

Been a customer for about a year. New hours are a joke. Mon-Sat closes at 6pm, closed Sun. I don't know anyone who would want to store their stuff in a place where you basically have to take time off work to get to it. We are now looking for other options for storage.

Our 20 foot trailer was stolen, in its entirety, July 2022. The rv/trailer storage spots here can be a bit messy, but the center is also gated with code entry only, so we go figured it was mostly safe. They advertise that access hours are only M-F 9-6, closed Sundays. But according to the office girl, lot access is 24/7. Very frustrating to find out. There is a camera, but it only records the last 7 days. If theft happens prior to that, you're SOL. Police said this is the second theft in the last two months. A report was filed.... But we will certainly NOT be bringing them any more of our business. I suggest you look elsewhere.

We are currently here and new owners changed hours from 9-6pm now mind you most people work oh and closed Sundays. When do you have time to come in? We have to park a work truck this meaning husband has to pick up and drop off Dailey however he starts at 7-7:30 done around 5-6pm this makes no sense and when you ask it’s well that’s the rules. Ask for area manager to call me no call back. I would NOT recommend a facility in which you can not utilize it outside of office Bussiness hours. I’m at a loss of words wow

My trailer was broken into about 4 or 5 times. Catalytic converter was stolen from truck together with about 5 or so of the nearby parked cars (I have not spoken with with the other tenants.)

I have recieved many unplesant exchanges with this location. I have been demeaned, hung up on, and treated like filth. Customer service blocked my number after I attempted to file a complaint. The district manager has avoided calling me for a month and a half because according to the location manager, I "yell and scream and cuss them out", so the district manager is "hesitant" to return my call.The company has not fixed their online payment system for over a year now, and has no intentions of fixing it because "it just affects some customers, not all". I specifically chose this location for the location and ease of payment. This has been an absolute nightmare, and the location manager is not able to provide calls with me in my "irate behavior". While I have a stern tone, I don't scream and yell.I left several messages with the district manager, but she is always "on vacation" and can't return my call. So Customer Service has blocked my number, management won't return calls, and no one can provide any leadership information.... but they sure call to hound for late payments! Disgusting service and I will absolutely spread this experience.
