I have had varied experiences at this location of great clips. Recently there was some change over in the managers… But I want to give a shout out to Mariah (the new manager here!) who did a wonderful job on my son‘s hair after a not so great job. She made it a point to get it right, was so friendly and kind, and had amazing customer service while doing so. Thank you, Mariah I really appreciate your care and attention!

Had a hair cut and Aliza did a great job, she took her time and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted! Highly loved this place and will use Aliza again.

Very rude employee that cut my dad’s hair, my dad was on oxygen from being sick and I explained to the her on how he wanted it cut. Yet she cut a little around the ears and said she was done. I asked could you please clean his neck up? She stated we didn’t ask. She rolled her eyes, DO NOT GO HERE

The light skin colored with blonde hair. Is very rude! They made me come brush my clients hair because it had tangles. She said” you need to come brush her hair” I took me literally 3 brush swipes through her hair… are you guys paid to do that? My client was also special needs. Not very friendly . Will go to another location.

The lady who signed us in was so unhappy and unfriendly we didn't even stay to get the haircut. Left immediately and will never go back.

I had the worst experience at this Great Clips. I took my 5-year-old daughter for a haircut, and a young hairstylist treated her very rudely. I have never witnessed an adult treating a child in such a manner before. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the hairstylist’s name; otherwise, I would have mentioned it in my review. She should face consequences for her behavior. I’ve noticed that other reviews also mention similar experiences after ours.
