I got Jim as a stylist. After he cut my hair. He was very frustrated with me, kept telling me “come on Sarah”, “come on Sarah I have more clients” and there was only one client waiting in the waiting area. He then put hair gel in his hands and styled my hair, without asking if I wanted my hair styled or gelled. I asked if he could cut my an hair a little bit, he just grabbed the scissors and started cutting. After he grew more frustrated he slid my chair down and took the apron off of me. And said that I needed to take the rest of the day to style my hair and if I didn’t like it to come back. As a person and and a person with a disability no one should be treated with this much disrespect and should not be rushed out of the salon chair.
I’ve been coming here for 3 years and every time I have been getting stylists who are down right rude and unwilling to take their time with clients. After all we’re the ones who are paying for the haircut we want.

I went for a trim and bangs The hairdresser, name starts with letter L..., who did my haircut was friendly and accommodating. But the cut she gave was below average. I didnt do styling at the salon as it would cost extra. After i came bk home when straightened my hair i noticed that my hair was unevenly cut. I normalky do my own bangs. i cant even tell how bad the bangs were cut which i can see in the mirror. One side it was fine the other side it was horrible. how it is in the back i cant really speak to that. Its very basic to check if the length is even for any hairdresser. When you wet the hair its hard to see. When it is dry and straightened it is different. Kinda disappointed how my hair is right now. I did my own bangs again bc it was bad to leave it uneven like that. Since my hair is gonna grow back im kinda just leaving it be in the back. They shouldnt charge for basic straightening to check if the length is even. I would have added pics here. But dont want to post my pic publicly .

Sat for less than a minute before being called to a chair, i did check in online though. Haircut was average and stylist was friendly.

My teen boys like getting their hair cut by the same barber each visit. You can check in online and get a text when your turn is 15 minutes away. The coupons make it worth it!

Amaya cut 7 inches off my hair and did a great job, except for when I went back today to have my long bangs blended in. She barely wet my hair and didn’t check it afterwards! Good thing I’m a stylist myself because I fixed it when I got home! She has a long way to go …

I arrived 75 minutes before closing. With a 50-minute wait if I signed in online. There was one family currently waiting. The lady said they wouldn't take me. I said I wanted to wait and see if some guests didn't show—a very poor way to handle business with the client being there in person, ready for a haircut.
