She had me try multiple mattresses to make sure i found one i liked (with absolutely no pressure to go one way or another), and ended up finding a great discount for the particular mattress that i wanted. It was just delivered today with 0 issues, and i was particularly impressed with the communication and punctuality. Highly recommend!”

“We have owned a refrigerator for about a month. We purchased an extended warranty as well. Unfortunately, we had a tech come look at the fridge today because it stopped cooling. We were told that we have to unplug the fridge for 3-4 days to allow a buildup of ice melt. We have no other refrigerator or freezer. It states under the extended warranty that food loss is covered. I was told today that because it's still under the manufacturer warranty the extended warranty does not apply. I called both AF and whirlpool and nobody is willing to reimburse us for food loss or offer a loaner. This will be our last purchase from AF!I am editing my review: I decided to call Assurant and they filed a claim for me. I was frustrated as I contacted AF corporate and was told food loss was not covered but thankfully it is. We really do love this location, especially Thomas!”

At that visit, we were wowed by all the beautiful pieces and Noah’s knowledge and professionalism. The 9’ walnut dining table had our name on it. Well another slab from the same tree back in the shop. We made another trip back to the showroom to iron out details and found a perfect desk for our office! Wasn’t expecting that but had to have it. Kevin helped us on that visit. He even agreed to drive our pieces 700 miles to our new home. We got to meet his wife Darci and their good friends who currently live in our area and just so happened to help w the setup. We couldn’t be happier. From a glass-front bookcase to sideboard, from dining room chairs to two bedroom chest-of-drawers to sterio cabinet. We went again in February to look for lamps, end tables, and leather chairs. Lou helped us and was so fun and easy to work with. The other staff members also reached out to offer assistance and answer questions. We did order several end tables and two leather chairs. Extremely happy as always with the quality of workmanship. Supporting the craftsmen here in Ohio is something we think is extremely important! “My husband and I wanted something unique for our home office as we work from home often. My husband loves a standup desk and I wanted a sit down. We each bought a desk and two file cabinets each. We live in Canada so there were a few logistics that Andy had to arrange for us - he made it so easy which was greatly appreciated. He followed up throughout the process and after the delivery. Unfortunately 4 file cabinets got dinged by the transport company and Andy was right on taking care of it. We just received the new cabinets today and they are ding free. Not only do we love this furniture but all our friends comment on how unique it is and the quality. We have recommended our friends buy Caretta.
