Usually don't have problems at this location, but the girl working today could use some customer service refreshers. Just not pleasant at all.

This location exceeded my expectations. The help I received from Neche was exceptional! She packaged my son’s laptop superbly and in the words of my son “ i can’t believe how nicely packaged that was lol”. I also had a moment of panic in the store when I could not find my wallet. Neche told me that it was probably in my car, not to panic and go check. She could definitely sense I was about to have a panic attack. I ran out of the store and went to my car where of course, I found it. I then realized I ran out and just left the laptop on the counter. She had secured it and waited for my return. Just a really nice human and I am grateful for having her wait on me. Thank you Neche! ??

Poor customer service!! The manager at the location is very disrespectful and not behaving well. One of the worst customer service I ever had in my life. Poor hospitality.. I strongly recommend the management to change the Manager. I am not sure whether the management is going to take any action but surely never going to that store again if the manager scott is at that location . Super racist as one of the customer mentioned below.

Jennica was really nice. I was worried coming to this location based on the reviews but she was so kind and courteous. I will be coming back to this location. Please keep Jennica! She’s so nice and respectful!

The Person is definitely not interested in helping you. Since its our primary location for grocery , I still have to go there as it will save one additional trip. he dont even ask if you want receipt or not plus rudeness is a bonus of that store. The first time I thought it might be a bad day but second time was no less rude. Hope we get new person there as we cannot ignore the location .

Went to this store on 07/05/2022 around 5:05 pm and the male staff there was super rude and racist. I agree with the other reviewer who also felt that he was rushed by the staff. He didn't ask if I wanted a receipt and when I did ask for one at the end, he told me that I should've requested one at the beginning or I'd have to wait for 10 minutes for the system to look it up. It was a RIDICULOUS answer as no customer asks for a receipt at the beginning and he cannot just assume that customers don't want a receipt without asking first. He even turned down a customer after me because the system was busy looking up my transaction. When the next customer came, he phrased his response like I was the bad guy. It just didn't feel right to hold other customers for 10 freaking minutes so I just asked him to forget about it. I will try to avoid this or any other Fedex location in the future.

The location is in Walmart and near the grocery entrance. I waited to do a review until I used this location twice. The first visit was great the lady that helped me took care of all my needs, was courteous and pleasant. The second visit, today, the person semi rude and not very helpful. I did not receive a receipt or a tracking number. The employee working made me feel rushed, like, as if he had something else better to do. Unfortunately this is the closest FedEx location to me so I will need to continue using them.
