Took car for a noise, was told I needed new rotors and brake pads. Paid for and had service completed but car still makes noise. Told Ben of this and was told to bring the car in. Took car and he wasn’t there and his mechanic had no idea so was told to bring car back. Took car back and no one was there. Left two voice mails and received no response and have called numerous times with no answer. I will be taking my business elsewhere at this point. Do not recommend this business.

Made an appointment for 10 AM (an hour after opening) shop was full at that point and I was told they’d probably get to my car between 2-3. Seriously figured they were being liberal with their time since I made an appointment and all. Came to be 1:30, my car hadn’t moved at all and there was an empty bay in the shop. Ended up just leaving with my car. Not gonna beg someone to work on my car/take my money. I’m sure they do great work when they actually get to your car. They’ll make a reservation but they won’t respect it.

Your typical money hungry mechanic.. had just rear brake pads done charged me $200 couldn't give me any type of assistance with me wanting to bring in another vehicle to have some pads done you'd think Drake would help somewhat for referral but like I said just another money hungry mechanic

Found this local auto shop that willing to work on my car for cheaper than other places around this area. Got a transmission fluid, and oil changed here. So far my car runs well with the maintenace. Since it is a small shop just don't expect anything to be done on-time. Other than that, service has been great and Ben is pretty nice too with all your vehicle related questions.

I called to get an estimated price they said they would call back in 15-20 minutes with an estimate. That was 5 days ago. Never heard back.

I took my car in and within a few hours it was diagnosed and as soon as the part came in it was fixed. I really like this shop and the people that work there. Will definitely go back for any needs.Service: Transmission repair

I brought my recently purchased vehicle to Drake Auto and received awesome service. He called with a diagnosis and fixed it same day. He showed a video of what was going on with the car and was very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back for any future needs!Service: Brakes

Quick to help! I called in to see if they could fill my tires with air before I drove out of state for a small fee. They had me come right over & filled them for free!

Worst communication I’ve ever experienced. Ben the owner would mention that I’d receive a call back, and then days would go by and I’d hear nothing.So I’d call in and they’d say “yeah sorry we haven’t gotten around to it yet”My car should have been done in a day or 2 - it took 2 weeks! Took multiple weeks to get my car "fixed". They put a new thermostat housing on (which doesnt take long at all) however it was still leaking coolant. Took it to another shop where they said bolts weren't tightened down and they had to redo what Drake did. So I paid 2x for the labor and I told Drake about it and they said they'd make it right but surprise, surprise I never heard back from them. Overall horrible business - don't take your car here

I really hate to leave a negative review and might seem like a ‘Karen’, but bottom line is you need to find another place to take your vehicle.The communication is horrible, the service is insanely slow (took 2 weeks), and had to take my car to another mechanic to fix a brand new issues after leaving Drake. Easily the WORST experience I’ve had getting a car worked on.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my car recently to get checked out and had a very positive experience! The owner goes above and beyond to try to help you. He also seems very trustworthy. Prices also seemed fair. Highly recommend this place!

Drake’s Auto is the best mechanic shop around!! He fixed a sensor in my car in like 15 minutes!! Best, fastest, easiest place to go to when having car problems!

I originally planned to leave a bad review, HOWEVER, Ben made things right! We had a hiccup in the progression of my repair that required me to spend money on taxi rides that I had not planned. Ben went above and beyond with his customer service to resolve the issue with regard to my final bill and also did great work on my OLD vehicle. Thank you Ben and Drake Auto for making things right!!? Keep up the great work!!
