“This location is packed with goodies and is busy busy with seasonal items. Antonio is a stand out employee- he was so kind to explain to me how the newly unboxed pink flamingos worked and also helped me get my birthday decorations and balloons.He had customer service plus! I was so glad he was able to assist. I actually found more items than I had imagined but would and had a great shopping experience ta boot!This man is an asset to the store and company!!!”
“This is the best dollar tree in North Columbus! Even though it’s smaller than the other one on Morse road the other location by big lots is trash!

“Didn't expect to ever review a Dollar Tree as I thought all Dollar Trees had the same energy -- dimly-lit, messy, and tight aisleways where you have to hunt for what you want. That said, this Dollar Tree was a pleasant surprise. It's organized and has a lot of options for items. It was pretty busy, but they had enough cashiers AND people stocking items. Maybe the bar is low, but it's honestly organized a lot better then most stores in Columbus. Definitely the best Dollar Tree I've ever gone to so far.”

“The workers are outstanding, with all the Dollar Generals I've been to when someone is stealing the employees say "Company product isn't worth my life" which is true but they put in zero effort to stop the thieves. At this location when someone is stealing at least one employee chases them down to return the product.”

“The prices are always great, I can easily find what I need and I’m in and out just how I like it. I love my trips to Dollar General, they’re always made easy.”
“Pros:- There some not a bad things that you can buy there for a dollar ( like soap, laundry detergent etc). And others.- Some cashiers are friendly and helpful ( especially Aaron).Cons:- Be careful with food especially meat stuff ! Check expiration dates.Recently bought couple sausages, felt bad after eating and tried to return second one. They don't accept returns for food stuff ( for example, Kroger does).- Sometimes it is hard to find something ( ask cashiers).Ps. I'm not so picky customer and don't compare DG with Kroger or Target. Of course, for shopping better to go to target or Kroger, but to survive - DG is ok”

“Decent little Dollar General. Staff seem to be nice, always greeting customers. The place is a little crowded with products and sometimes it's not always the most organized location. I can usually find just about anything I'm looking for. Prices though aren't always great, sometimes you can get the same things at Walmart for a better price and or condition. Convenient location off of Schrock Rd, near Cleveland Ave. They have plenty of parking available and it's easily seen from the road. I don't believe they have public restrooms. Sometimes have an amazing clearance section.”
“For as poorly this company seems to treat them, the employees here are incredibly nice and helpful and all 4 stars are for them. I once went in there when it was at least 85 degrees outside and the ac wasn’t working, yet the cashier was so kind and bubbly. That being said, they clearly need to schedule more people at a time.”
“This isn't a store I usually shop at, but they had a deal I couldn't resist. It was a buy 2 get 1 free on the Ferrero Rocher chocolates. These only come around in December, and they were a great price at $4 for a 12-count box. I couldn't find them in the candy section, so the cashier, such a cheery soul, directed me straight to them. I appreciated her helpful spirit.”

“When I used to shop here before 2022, the place was always a mess. You would have to squeeze past all the huge carts of stock that seemed to never get put on shelves. Things would be strung out of boxes and all over the floors. So I stopped going there for a while. When I returned to ohip after an extended stay in NY in April, I was pleasantly surprised when I went in with a friend who asked me for a ride there. There was only one huge cart out and there was a guy named Josh putting the items on it on the shelves. All the aisles were clear. The workers are all so friendly and I love stopping here. In fact it's my first choice on shopping near home. I probably stop in close to 4 or 5 times a week. Keep up the good work DG team!”
“In the past this store used to be kind of.. how can I say it gently, TRASHY. They have definitely cleaned up there act and customer service was even friendly???? Just went to buy an inexpensive card.. how can I say this gently, CHEAP.?”
“I just recently went in a Dollar Tree to look around. The Morse road tree I visited was very clean, well stocked and saved me a great deal of money. Household items are much cheaper than the normal brands. I found them to work just as well.”
“It was a very nice store just very big and not a lot of product inside it'll only take you about five minutes to walk around the store. Also check and make sure you get all your bags at checkout!!”
