I've always enjoyed the courtesy shown with the front-end staff. People at register always very pleasant. I decided to start having my Rxs dispensed there. Met a few nice techs, but Rob can be snarky. Won't have any new Rxs sent there.

My husband and I shop here frequently because it is a smaller sized store and we both have spines that are fused, making walking difficult for us. We have had issues in the past with products being spoiled or freezer burned, but over 4 years, it was a sometimes occurrence. In the last seven days, we have had four items that we purchase be completely inedible. Two bags of a frozen meal were so freezer burned that the noodles inside were pure white and dried out. I did return those because it was $15 worth of food. I purchased produce three days later and opened the mushrooms for my recipe and they smelled like fish and had to go in the trash.
Worst of all, my husband purchased gluten free blueberry muffins last evening around 8pm. He ate one early this morning while it was still dark out and felt sick afterwards. He just discovered as we were prepping dinner that they were moldy (see photos). There is no date on the package at all and the QR code doesn’t work.
I have let them know in the past when I have purchased chunky milk, freezer burned items and the like with a warning that it is likely that the others with the same dates or from the same freezer may be problematic and sure enough, nothing has been removed or changed.
Please do better, Drugmart. Many, many elderly people in the community shop there and can’t necessarily get back there to return items that are bad, as many live in assisted living and come by bus on Wednesdays for Senior Day. Their vision may be poor in some cases and not checking your products on a regular basis or ever putting out product with no dates on them is really not good customer service.

This morning we came for passport photo copies. The lady who was taking us was so rude i think her name is June. As we need the copies we took them over there . But we went to the other lady for billing her name is Yeukai Nzombe she is really really helpful . she is such a nice person to help customer. I really want to give kudos to her.

I've been debating on leaving this review for over a week now. Most of my experiences with DM has been adequate if not positive. But, the last time I went to do a quick shop later in the evening due to my collage age son being home with diet restrictions. We arrived 15 minutes before closing, being very much on task to grab and go. A few minutes after arriving, the "we are closing in 10 minutes" announcement comes over the PA (a few minutes early, but okay). Cool, no worries, we are on task. A minute later the lights are turned off. Now it's harder to see. I look up and an associate is following me (my son is in another isle, grabbing something else, with a second associate in tow) and when they see that I notice them there, ask me if I'm looking for something in particular. Yes, it's right here. It was the last item. I get to the register as the 5 minute announcement is made (early). I get it, you want to go home. But, the way this crew went about pressuring us was rude and uncalled for.

Drugmart is an establishment in our community and rightfully so! It is by far the best drugstore in our area. They have everything and their pharmacy is very fast and efficient. I love the Lewis Center Drugmart!

Husband went in for a flu shot & Covid booster. Pharmacist Rob was overheard saying he wasn't going to give any more Covid shots today, then when he administered the flu shot, & before he administered the Covid booster, he gave a spiel about how they only offer these so the government can make money, doesn't believe they're needed, etc. When asked about the RSV vaccine to which he shook his head in apparent disgust), he went into another spiel about how those aren't needed, & they're only for people 60 or over (my husband will be 60 in a few days). Why would a company hire a pharmacist who clearly doesn't want to do his job? Why does he feel the need to tell us about his views instead of just doing his job?

Well I had accidentally put too much in my cart and had to remove items and the cashier was very upset about it and rushed me in anger. So I just grabbed the things I really needed and had to go back in to get what I came for bc of being rushed by an upset cashier. Kinda ruined the shopping experience. Next time I'll use my calculator but geeze.

This review covers 3 DMs, one in Lewis Center, one in North Olmsted, and the one in Oberlin. The North Olmsted store is not my favorite; it is usually dirty and has been for years. The Oberlin site is excellent with a good pharmacy. Bill is the anchor for that pharmacy. Finally Lewis Center is also highly recommended; clean with a helpful staff.

Today the 2nd cashier turned his light off to buy a drink in the only other line, because I got behind him & a line formed. Just to turn his light right back on, Sad! ?

This review is concerning the Brunswick location on Pearl Road. The pharmacy staff to put it mildly is hostile. They could not find one of my prescriptions that my doctor called in two days ago. I was told it was too early for it. It was not. They finally said they missed the most current instructions and filled it. I was treated like I was the cause of the problem and bothering them. When i questioned what happened the manager literally raised his voice and yelled at me. He then started a loud argument. Am totally flabbergasted over how badly these people treat the customers. The women on staff all had flippant don't make me work attitudes. In the beginning I even had to wait while they finished a conversation about a horror movie before being asked what I needed. That pharmacy department itself is a horror. Please take your business elsewhere these people do not deserve paychecks!!!

Friendly staff. Great deals. A wide selection of things under one roof. The pharmacy is quick and affordable, it tends to be one of the cheapest places for Goodrx. My favorite thing about this location is their craft beer selection, it's huge! They constantly have something I want to try with fresh beers coming in frequently.
